Martha’s Vineyard was the perfect choice...It showed the whole world what this immigration “invasion” is all about....and that the problem lies at the border and is directed by Brandon.

They aren’t citizens of the United States of America. They have no Constitutional rights.

My wife is a Canadian citizen. She has a green card. She also has Constitutional rights. There are plenty of rights for non-citizens. I could not enslave an illegal alien for instance, because of the XIII Amendment. If I see an illegal alien and shoot him in the street, his rights have been violated. An illegal alien has a right to an attorney, etc.

So all the years that we were rounding them up and sending them back to Mexico, that was illegal?

What about a spy we catch on US soil? Or a foreign terrorist? Do they have citizen's rights too?

If a foreign force invades with weapons, do we need to treat them as citizens?

Same as the ones you have and were born with. The Constitution protects Natural Rights . The overarching principle of the US Constitution is that All people are born with natural rights, not just US Citizens, but all people no matter where they are born and live. The Constitution is not in place to tell the US Govt. what to do, it tells them what they cannot do.

Explain those rights.


Most rights guaranteed by the Constitution apply to everyone who is on U.S. soil. (That is one reason why Guantanamo was chosen to house foreign terrorists—to keep them from enjoying Constitutional rights such as a speedy trail, etc.)

The 14th specifically says that “... nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”

The 4th’s text: “ The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated...” In the case of the 4th the word “people” obviously does not include Donald Trump. /s

I have no idea why the lawyers cited the 14th and 4th. While illegals do enjoy rights, those rights do not include their being here.

Maybe they can get $100mm from State and turn Edgarton into Lewiston, (Somalia) Maine.

Adding to the mix...

The illegal aliens who are the subject of this lawsuit can be easily tainted because they are all under warrant to appear in an immigration court after they were caught entering the country.

The first question that any lawyer would ask is "Did anyone offer to take care of your immigration case or legal bills if you were willing to be a part of this lawsuit? Did you make a deal with someone?"

The rest goes downhill from there.

Why are we even pandering to migrants? Why do we feel the need to provide food and shelter? Let them find their own way. If the word spreads to the migrant community that you are on your own, no food , water and caring social workers to help you, they may not want to come. We have been making it easy for them to have a soft landing once they arrive.

we wish to be able to defend ourselves on the global stage,

Some folks are talking of Russia breaking up and how
terrible that would be for it.
