The Queen is under medical supervision after doctors became concerned for her health, Buckingham Palace revealed today, as Prince Charles, Camilla and Prince William raced to Balmoral to be with her.
Her Majesty's immediate family members have been informed about the downturn, leading to her two main heirs going to her bedside amid escalating fears for the monarch's wellbeing.
A royal spokesman said: 'Following further evaluation this morning, The Queen's doctors are concerned for Her Majesty's health and have recommended she remain under medical supervision. The Queen remains comfortable and at Balmoral.'

I completely disagree. My grandmother was 104 and, of course, we knew that she wouldn’t be with us much longer. When I received the news that she wasn’t getting up, there was nothing and nobody who could have prevented me from being there to tell her that we love her and to thank her, one more time, for the care and support she gave. I knew that she did not cross from this life to the next alone.
That was important to me and I’m sure it is important to others as well. Not a “death watch” but a finally chance to say, “I love you.”

The problem is the title of Queen (or King) of England has not existed since 1707, and the last person to hold it died in 1714 (as Queen of the United Kingdom).
It is not shorthand for anything. It’s just plain wrong. The fact a lot of people say it doesn’t make it right. It just shows they don’t know what they are talking about.
It makes no more sense than referring to Joe Biden as the President of Texas.

Harry has been sent for according to media here in the states. He is in Germany. Regardless of the situation, I’m glad he was sent for She is his gran and let them say their goodbyes.
