A federal judge in Florida has granted Donald Trump's request to have a special master review the documents seized during the raid on Mar-a-Lago – granting a key demand of the former president and tapping the breaks on the government's investigation.
Judge Aileen Cannon approved Trump's motion to appoint a special master 'to review the seized property for personal items and documents and potentially privileged material subject to claims of attorney client and/or executive privilege.'
The Trump-appointed judge also 'temporarily enjoins' the government from 'reviewing and using the seized materials' pending the completion of the review.
That grants Trump and his legal team a side benefit of stalling the fast-moving proceedings that have unfolded since the August 8 FBI search of Mar-a-Lago.

DOJ and FBI admit the documents were leaked!!!!!!!

The Judge is saying what millions of Americans are saying.
The DOJ is not perceived to be impartial.

Trump is able... so far he is able.. when you think about all the government... most would be fit to quit..
God was looking for a man one day.. he sent a capable man to go look for him in this one family. The man was at the house and saw all the sons... no..none fit.

Now David did things that were not Godly. But the way the Bible describes how God chose David... his heart was right toward God. and he was willing to serve God... when he did wrong.. he knelt before God and was sorry in his heart.
I do not know if God chose Trump but who else could be charged and attacked as he has.. and still say he is with us. if we did not have Trump...who else? and if no one... our country would be taken over by the evil we see running around as supposedly good people... selling hell to this great country.
That crowd was pumped like never before.. they were coming from what biden had yelled with red background.. and pumped for revival of a nation! Hope was in and from the man Trump!

Not sure if I can recall all the details but on EWTN network a priest related a story he heard regarding Trump. It was in the 70’s and this brother told him to offer special prayers to Donald Trump. The priest said “you mean the casino playing play boy?” He said yes he will be instrumental in leading the US in a time a great trouble.

However, once given this appointing order the special master has the authority to regulate all proceedings and to compel the production of documents and other evidence. In addition, the master may put witnesses and parties under oath and may examine them. Once the evidence has been taken, the special master files a report with the appointing court. This report may contain findings of fact and conclusions of law. Once a master's report has been filed in a non-jury case, the court must accept the findings of fact unless they are clearly erroneous. In a jury action the master's findings are admissible as evidence of the matters found and may be read to the jury.
