Timing is everything. DJT's MO has been to let the opposition dig the hole, after which he and his advisors and lawyers can fill back in, with them inside.
The bigger the hole, the more the opposition can fit within it.
Well, previously his advisors have missed the boat on a lot of key issues and it looks like they’ missing the boat on this one.
The problem is the current batch of lawyers were trained in law schools that usually embrace leftist and academia views of validity of Supreme Court decisions and federal acts that in fact were unconstitutional.
I went to law school at age 60 and knew better. Most of these young Turks do not know better. They take it in hook, line, and sinker.
