Gingrich: I Fully Expect AG Garland To Indict Trump, The Most Corrupt Justice Department In American History
Real Clear Politics ^ | September 1st, 2022 | Tyler Stone

Wednesday night on FOX News, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich predicted that former President Donald Trump will be indicted for mishandling classified documents at his Florida home after he left the White House.

Gingrich called this the "most corrupt Justice Department in all of American history."

"You have corruption from the Attorney General, to the head of the FBI, to senior elements of the FBI," he said. "You have collusion from a wide range of the intelligence community. You had, I think it was 50 some intelligence senior officials who signed a letter last year that we now know is a total lie, none of whom have recanted."

"I fully expect the Justice Department to indict President Trump in a DC court, a district where he got 5.6 percent of the vote. So by 19 to one, the jury is likely to be against him."

"I have no idea what's going to happen next," he explained. "I'm a historian by training and I tell everybody you have to assume that nothing, you know, tells you anything about how corrupt and how sick this is going to get.

“Show me the man and I will show you the crime”. Lavrentiy Beria - Head of Soviet Secret Police.

We always thought it could never happen here, but somehow we find that we are now there.

The Left sees Trump as the only person who can derail the Great Reset and/or save the world from global warming. They will do ANYTHING to stop him.

Things could get really bad... I wouldn't be surprised if Biden went full totalitarian dictator tonight - announcing arrests for people based on political party. (of course he'll offer a better excuse - something like 'hate crimes' thought crimes - mean things said...) the kind of crap used to fool the stupid among us

Sadly for Biden - we're NOT all stupid - and the 72 MILLION OF US who voted for Trump are NOT some rag tag bunch hanging out in Alabama forest listening to banjo music in our camouflage shirts.

IMHO Biden and his thugs have taken money from - and made deals with - people they shouldn't have dealt with. And their butt boys in the press have assisted with the cover ups. Democrats are dangerous...

It could get really weird in the next few months.

A trial...discovery will be a hoot.....and all that exculpatory evidence

Former President Donald Trump has hired a prominent Atlanta lawyer to represent him in a criminal inquiry into election interference in Georgia.

The lawyer, Drew Findling, has represented an array of rap stars including Cardi B, Gucci Mane and Migos, and is known by the hashtag #BillionDollarLawyer.

ALSO

Former President Trump has hired former Florida Solicitor General Chris Kise to join his legal team for his defense against a criminal investigation of documents the FBI seized from his Mar-a-Lago home, Fox News has learned from two sources.

A source confirmed that Kise started working for Trump on Tuesday and is expected to be at a Thursday hearing in West Palm Beach federal court.

Kise, a graduate of Florida State University College of Law, most recently worked for the law firm Foley & Lardner. As solicitor general, he successfully represented Florida when arguing cases before the Supreme Court.

“If the feds had ANYTHING they would NOT be waiting til AFTER the midterms to indict.”

Well, they might wait until just a few weeks before the midterms, when the maximum number of the population is actually paying attention to politics. And of course that would mean less time for Trump’s lawyers to fight it and get the indictment thrown out before the election.

I watched this interview last night and I thought it was chilling. I remember when Rush used to say that he’d tell us when it was time to worry, but that it wasn’t yet (at the times he said it). This interview has the same tenor, and Newt thinks the time has come - to worry.

I think you are correct about ochlocracy if one adds that the mob, in this case, is the mob of bureaucrats that comprise the Deep State.

In human evolution (or devolution), there has never been a more powerful entity. The Deep State is like the facehugger in the movie Alien. It has us in a death grip.

I agree. The time is here. The problem is you have Republicans who want to see President Trump gone at any cost. We have to remain strong and resolute.

If we were still living in a constitutional republic, buying stock in sissel rope factories would be a good investment. Sadly, we are now living in a dead republic, ruled by an army of degenerates.

Never forget Trump, Jr. remark that the security footage will come out when the time is right.

This worries me because I was waiting for DJT to release the docs proving the dirty corruption against him and for one reason or another it didn't happen. The evil doers seem to have zero conscience when it involves hiding their own wrongdoing. Frightening that such corrupt people have so much power.

Now you know why they wanted him on the SC so badly. Barak Obama did everything he could possibly think of to destroy anything good about America because some black folks were mistreated in the past or something.

Just read this.

One argument is that PTrump has no standing.

What do you do when the DOJ asks you for security cam footage - possibly to evaluate security cam coverage and camera angles for possible early morning raid and evidence planting operation.

I would add a second, independent security cam system that covers the entire area AFTER delivering the security cam footage they requested. Just to be extra super safe. Probably would neglect to inform anyone at DOJ about the updated security.

Trump is a lot smarter than I am. I suspect that some FBI STASI jack boot wannabees are going to be surprised to discover that they were unknowingly on Mar a Lago Candid Camera :-) with an orange guy Alan Funt making sure that the joke is definitely on them. These DOJ people are simply too arrogant and too incompetent to execute a proper conspiracy - and that is a good thing

I think this it is worse to have him as AG. He is doing more direct, immediate damage than he would have on the SC. He has no one to keep him in check, theoretically, the SC has the other branches-but we know how that is going.

What amazes me, Is they make statements like this and I assume they believe what they are saying, and they say it like it's no big deal. No animation, no call to action, no nothing, odd.
