Parents of Hillsborough County Public Schools students in Tampa, Florida, are voicing their outrage after at least one sexually explicit book was made available to students, including a book in a middle school library that features instructions for gay sex and hookup apps.
The book also includes a cartoon of a naked man under the section "Boy-on-Boy Sex."

Why the heck are public school administrators and boards immune from the legal consequences of actions that would have anyone else jailed and labeled a sexual predator for life?
Can you imagine the leftist meltdown if a family which homeschooled provided such information to other kids in the neighborhood? The same kids that could find the exact same information in their public school with no consequence to the school?
Homeschool, and fight like mad for your state to implement education vouchers without restrictions. We can’t keep feeding the beast.
Professional librarians are not part of the community in which they reside. They are representatives of their professional organizations. Most school libraries don’t have the shelf space to house a copy of every book published in the US in one year. It’s obvious that libraries must have criteria for acquiring new books. The real question is who makes the criteria.
They seek to normalize their behavior in order to have easier access to MOLEST YOUR CHILDREN.
I've been posting this on FR for 20 years. At least now fewer people are challenging the concept.
People in this country have lost their minds.
It’s completely inappropriate to provide something sexually explicit to kids at any grade level, but this goes far beyond mere “sexually explicit” - public schools have now “progressed” further.
Things like this should be made a national issue so more than just news junkies are aware this is going on. It is not hyperbole they are trying to destroy young minds - it is very real.
things like this should be highlighted in a series of ads with an ongoing, closing theme of “Keep voting for Democrats...and see what happens next.”
You can tell even we are becoming numb to something like this being news anymore. 10 years ago, a story like this would have quickly gotten 500 if not 1000 replies.

Most districts have online libraries & that’s where your kids can download porn. It’s been a big topic at our school board meetings, but nothing changes.

I’m working on my M. Ed. right now and can assure you I’m not a liberal, nor would I support this kind of child endangerment.
What you’re saying would be like saying that you could combat children being given “gender-affirming” medical treatment by prohibiting surgeons pediatricians from going to medical school.
