CLAIM: Robert F. Kennedy Jr. won a U.S. Supreme Court case against “all the pharmaceutical lobbyists” in which the court ruled that mRNA COVID-19 vaccines cause “irreparable” damage.
AP’S ASSESSMENT: False. There has been no such Supreme Court ruling, according to the court’s comprehensive online archive of opinions. Kennedy, a lawyer who has advocated against vaccines, told The Associated Press in 2021 that articles sharing similar claims were false. At the time, he said he had been involved in dozens of lawsuits regarding vaccine safety, but none had reached the Supreme Court.
THE FACTS: The baseless claim about Kennedy winning a Supreme Court case related to COVID-19 vaccine safety has circulated online for more than a year, driven by fringe blog posts in multiple languages.

Actually the AP said that “Kennedy didn’t say that”:
“...Kennedy, a lawyer who has advocated against vaccines, told The Associated Press in 2021 that articles sharing similar claims were false. At the time, he said he had been involved in dozens of lawsuits regarding vaccine safety, but none had reached the Supreme Court.”
The post is attacking the bogus claims that “Kennedy did this or that”. As I indicated there are dozens of these claims posted out there....AKA “CopyPasta” (for click $$).
Truth is foreign to the Associated Press.

CLAIMED by whom?
Research authorities insisted that fraud was rare, didn’t matter because science was self-correcting, and that no patients had suffered because of scientific fraud. All those reasons for not taking research fraud seriously have proved to be false, and, 40 years on from Lock’s concerns, we are realising that the problem is huge, the system encourages fraud, and we have no adequate way to respond.
What an indictment of “scientific research.”
And the welfare of the patient and potential for harm done to actual individuals as a result of this fraud, doesn’t even seem to be on their radar. They simply claim, with no valid basis that I can see, that no patients had suffered due to the fraud. How the heck do they know????
They can’t.
Excellent question
