FIRST ON FOX: A federal judge on Saturday announced its "preliminary intent to appoint a special master" to review records seized by the FBI during its unprecedented raid of his Mar-a-Lago home earlier this month, at the request of former President Trump and his legal team, citing the "exceptional circumstances."
Trump and his legal team filed a motion Monday evening seeking an independent review of the records seized by the FBI during its raid of Mar-a-Lago earlier this month, saying the decision to search his private residence just months before the 2022 midterm elections "involved political calculations aimed at diminishing the leading voice in the Republican Party, President Trump."
U.S. District Judge from the Southern District of Florida Judge Aileen M. Cannon on Saturday afternoon said that the decision was made upon the review of Trump’s submissions and "the exceptional circumstances presented."
Pursuant to Rule 53(b) (1) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and the Court’s inherent authority, and without prejudice to the parties’ objections, the Court hereby provides notice of its preliminary intent to appoint a special master in this case," Cannon wrote in a filing Saturday.
A hearing is set for Sept. 1 at 1:00 p.m. in West Palm Beach, Fla. Cannon also ordered the Justice Department to file a response by Aug. 30 and provide, "under seal," a "more detailed Receipt for Property specifying all property seized pursuant to the search warrant executed on August 8, 2022.”

A “whistleblower” inside the bureau “came across” copies of the incriminating docs and revealed them to the public via Tucker and Breitbart and Sundance. Proving the false premise of the raid AND exposing the misadventures of the bureau in CH.
Said “whistleblower” would have to have his identity protected, of course. So the methods of the FEEB would be turned on them.

Seriously doubt that the records originally seized in the attack are still existing in the same number & condition & content that they were at the time they were abducted...
Additions, deletions, modifications, and then leaking will have converted them to a sentence, for both President Trump and a few family members, of 10 years in prison...

Hell some camera's came with the "String-Attachment," of proper length. Not a joke, I remember personally seeing the advertisements for such camera's. I used to laugh at them, but not any more.
With today's (year of 2022) cell phones picture quality, the document copying quality would ensure the ability to convert the "picture" into a searchable text document via OCR (Optical Charter Recognition)
The OCR software, could be purchased for less than $30.00 (thirty-dollar's, U.S. Cash.)
Purchase a new "Desktop" or "Laptop" computer, odd's are high; that it will have the OCR software; as part of the bundle, to encourage you to make the purchase.

To my knowledge, no one in the federal government can view top secret or higher security without a need to know. And that includes the president. If he didn’t have the need to know what was in the documents, then why were they released to him in the first place. Blows OPSEC AND COMSEC restrictions right out of the water. And to indicate why it isn’t legit, Hilary Clinton was allowed and never prosecuted for obtaining, storing, and transferring classified documents in her private computer system with no copies of trainings, investigations, or any finalized paperwork in her PIF. A direct violation of OPSEC AND COMSEC DOD restrictions and exactly the same situation Trump is in now.
And since many of the people searching the house did not have the clearance to view those documents either so the couldn’t be identified, then how do we know the documents are the same ones taken from the house and placed in secure storage?

I am in agreement. They have already looked through everything , copied or "lost" other things or documents. They got what they wanted. I hope the dishonest entities pay the price ....including biden all the dems the FBI, CIA and the Justice Department.

If Trump had anything like that he would have released it long ago. Thus I tend to believe Trump did not have much on Russiagate. Heck he would have dealt that card while he was President.
Of course the FBI doesn’t know that and don’t want to take that chance — thus the raid to indict Trump for phony trumped up charges and also see what he has that could incriminate the current administration.
