Stop the Dr. Oz Hate and Get With the Program
Town Hall ^ | 8/25/2022 | Kurt Schlicter

Posted on 08/25/2022 6:03:34 AM PDT by Dr. Scarpetta

I did not support Dr. Oz in the PA Senate primary, but I am sure supporting him now against Heart Attack Shrek, the communist mutant who spent the first half-century of his life sponging off his parents and now wants to spend the second half sponging off the feds with a DC sinecure.

Primaries mean something. If we believe in elections – and we have been pretty outspoken about the obnoxious election shenanigans we faced in 2020 – then we should act like it. Dr. Oz won.

A lot of folks wanted someone else. But you know who didn’t? A plurality of the Pennsylvania GOP.

What’s the proper response when you lose a primary? It’s to suck it up, get on the team, and bring in the win.

There’s little more obnoxious than Republicans getting in a hissy fit because they did not get their way after somebody else won fair and square.

We need unity in the tough PA Senate race, and we are not getting it to the extent we need.

You can have a hulking Marxist ogre whose fried brain means he will be a ventriloquist dummy for the radical lunatics surrounding him, or you can have a guy who is going to be with us a good 95% of the time and give the GOP control of the Senate agenda.

Anyone else remember Georgia? Not backing the Republicans in Georgia got us a ton of pinko judges and 87K new IRS stooges. Sitting out the run-off was a great plan.

Refusing to back Dr. Oz now in the general is not making any statement except that you are an emotion-driven BRAT mad because you didn’t get your way.

I may be delusional but I believe a good portion of the “soccer mom” vote wil go to Oz. They remember him from Oprah as a good guy and Fetterman looks like a freak. His hoodie schtick is scary to people who want their representatives to be at least normal.

The new ads I see on YouTube attacking Fetterman look effective to me. They are simply direct quotes.

Those same dynamics will work against Mastriano, unfortunately. We will be saddled with a slicker version of Wolf.

I agree with you. It’s just that normally, we have a ton of people saying how sick they are of voting for the lesser of two evils, they will never vote for a RINO, etc.. But there just seems to be much less of that in this particular instance.

My comment was to blind, lockstep obedience.

Especially after Covid, I’m not obeying any man just because they say so.

I’m voting for Dr. Oz and I’m not holding anything. And I’m voting against a communist and for someone who is going to be for getting rid of Mitch. The way I see it is a Toofer.

Republicans deserve to lose the PA and GA Senate races. It’s their own damn fault, and it’ll cost them the Senate.

I was very much opposed to Oz when he was running in the primary, and sorely disappointed when he won the nomination. But at this point, think of the situation this way:

Imagine this warped mutant Fetterman was going to be running in the general election unopposed, with no credible opposition willing to take him on - and at the last minute the GOP was able to convince Oz run against him. Would you vote for him in that situation? I sure would, and as dubious as I am about him now, I’m certain I’d vote for him in November. The last thing we need is another brain-dead lefty puppet in DC - one in the White House is way more than enough.

In most elections voters are always voting for whomever they perceive to be lesser of evils.

I’d vote for him because he’s better than Fetterman.

You'd vote for him if he wasn't better than Fetterman.

“Funny how the Democrats known as the demonRATS have the worst candidates on the face of the planet yet they stand supporting them tooth and nail.
Our team leaders have the nasty habit of always backstabbing our candidates that they don’t like. They would rather lose than to save America and its citizens to communism.”

You are absolutely right.

If PA votes in a R governor, and the D wins the Senate, there is an even chance the governor will be selecting the Senate replacement in a few years.

People need to support Oz and quit being spoiled brats about the primary.

Either Oz or Fetterman will be the Senator from Pennsylvania.

The choice isn’t that tough.

Ok, a far preferable statement than your previous one.

I've been called a Never Trumper, here too. But he's the only one fighting for us, taking on both the Democrats and RINOs at the same time.

The raid at Mar a Lago should have been the tipping point for those with reservations about Trump. I consider that raid to be as dangerous as when Caesar crossed the Rubicon, with equal historical consequences. It was the point of no return for the Roman Republic.

For Biden to lie through his teeth and say he had no knowledge of the MAL simply strains the entirety of my ability to think critically.

The one problem with that scenario is that Oz probably has a better chance of winning than Mastriano does.

“People need to support Oz and quit being spoiled brats about the primary.”

The GOPe never follows this rule. Look at the many conservatives they have undermined, preferring the D over the R.

Hoping a Dem Senator is incapacitated so you can pick his replacement is a weird governing strategy. But nothing the Reps do these days surprises me. We continuously snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

There are no good outcomes from this race, only less bad outcomes.

“The worst RINO is better than any Democrat.”

See Mitt Romney. Susan Collins, Lisa Murkowski, etc. - they have done more damage because they give the democRats cover by voting for their insane bills, so the press can call them
Bi-Partisan.
