Encampment fires are a common occurrence. Squalid tents filled with garbage go up in flames. Most of them happen through the negligence of the people living there. Other fires are acts of arson committed by people fed up with the encampments and trying to send a message to relocate elsewhere.
Let it burn
Isn’t WA a union slavery state? Lol… dems eating dems. At least it’s not bumpstock attacks.
Decent people need to leave that city to the zombies.
I remember that! Dallas TX was a bad area back then to be a fireman.
EVERY town in the country needs good firefighters-—
Leave Seattle.
Be safe in a location that appreciates you.
They’ve got high pressure hoses
Right........got hoses? USE them!
Wonder who the union endorsed in the last election?
And some of the people living there set other people’s “property” on fire out of hatred or spite.
Winner, Bruce Harrell (D), woke friend of criminals.
Ping, for your interest
So now they get what they hoped to get. Funny how that works.
Yep!
And don't blame Harrell.
He's only doing exactly what he said he'd do, exactly what he campaigned on doing, and exactly what he won with!
They’ve got high pressure hoses and halligan tools. What’s holding them back?
Many of these homeless are so brain fried and psychotic from meth that I’m not sure they would get the message or learn the lesson.
It should be repeated twice a day for 10 days.
Several fire trucks should pull up to homeless tent slums and hose them down with high power fire hoses. Would be a public service
Years ago, a friend from NY said... ‘Firefighters were targeted by shooters at fire scenes’
I coudln’t believe it
At this point the election system is so corrupt anyone but a marxist candidate is going to lose. Businesses are leaving these cities and taking their tax revenue with them. Eventually what’s left will be taxed out of existence.
When governments can’t perform the very basic part of the societal contract of reasonable protecting citizens in their homes and protecting businesses so they can operate the contract is violated and why should the citizen/business continue to pay for government for it’s very basic function which it can’t or won’t perform. This is a death spiral and they brought it upon themselves.
Eventually this BS will spread to a city where the city government will say, not happening here and that will result violent confrontation and the left will lose initially but the feds will step in and demand the city surrender to the mob.
Thanks for the heads up. Haven't I normally been cranky toward you?
It sounds like we way were ahead of our time where I was working. I was personally punched in the face and body, kicked, pushed, pulled, and threatened with knives. And I could go on. I had a handgun aimed at me from just a few feet away and the trigger pulled several times.
The crazy guy with the handgun had had murderous intent, the entire situation was a planned ambush. Fortunately for me... he had put the 9mm cartridges in the magazine backwards. Violence firefighters is nothing new depending on the jurisdiction. We represent the system; we respond to wherever the crazies want us to, and we are not allowed to carry firearms.
Does anyone want to guess what happened to the people who were violent to me? ... ... ... NOTHING.
To me it sounds like Seattle's leftist policies are finally starting to bear fruit. I had no idea they were not already I am surprised that it has taken this long.
