At this point the election system is so corrupt anyone but a marxist candidate is going to lose. Businesses are leaving these cities and taking their tax revenue with them. Eventually what’s left will be taxed out of existence.
When governments can’t perform the very basic part of the societal contract of reasonable protecting citizens in their homes and protecting businesses so they can operate the contract is violated and why should the citizen/business continue to pay for government for it’s very basic function which it can’t or won’t perform. This is a death spiral and they brought it upon themselves.
Eventually this BS will spread to a city where the city government will say, not happening here and that will result violent confrontation and the left will lose initially but the feds will step in and demand the city surrender to the mob.
Decent people voting for Democrats time after time is what got them where. I used to think like you, “Decent people should leave.” But then i got to thinking “how did they get to where they are?” They didn’t just wake up one morning and there it was. No. It took them a long time of electing Democrat after Democrat to get there. So after all is said and done they brought it on themselves. They voted for it, Let them enjoy it.===========
