Judge Bruce Reinhart on Monday admitted the FBI's raid on former President Trump's Mar-a-Lago home was "unprecedented" and formally rejected the Justice Department's argument to keep the affidavit leading to the search under seal, citing the "intense public and historical interest."
Reinhart, in a filing Monday morning, said he rejects "the Government’s argument that the present record justifies keeping the entire Affidavit under seal."
"The Government argues that even requiring it to redact portions of the Affidavit that could not reveal agent identities or investigative sources and methods imposes an undue burden on its resources and sets a precedent that could be disruptive and burdensome in future cases," Reinhart wrote. "I do not need to reach the question of whether, in some other case, these concerns could justify denying public access; they very well might."

Of course, since the judge is part of the Deep State/Creep State/Single Party Police State, the raid itself was the goal. There are more like him, and more lawbreaking things to come.
Exactly. Corrupt judge. "Split the baby" solution for everything, will allow redacting per DOJ preference, just won;t allow the affidavit to be 100% withheld.

I doubt any judge actually reads and signs most of what their office processes. All clerks, aids, and a stamp signature or electronic signature.

Just as Epstein did this “magistrate” at first- paying him in little boys? Then changed over to repping the Romanian sex slave adult. Plea deal for Epstein for the govt. along the way? Who knows. Maybe the target of the search does.
An EXCELLENT question. They certainly could NOT have been cleared for the “classified” items the claimed were there, and their “protection” is to get the idiot warrant judge to cover up the predication in the affidavit, however it was couched. But he should release all of it— if he want’s to live. After all Bill Barr said Epstein suicided.... yeah, right.

All good points. They are all a bunch of liars and I hope this comes back to bite them all so bad that they will be out of the political loop for generations to come.
He’s simply a snake, IMHO. He’ll make these noises to appear uncompromised, but in the end he will give the DOJ all they want.
So, his actions leave me to believe he is pulling nothing more than a CYA, not a change of heart. 🙂
