The FBI reportedly delivered subpoenas related to the controversy surrounding alternate electors in the 2020 election to several Republican lawmakers in Pennsylvania on Wednesday.
The action comes after the FBI served a search warrant at the Mar-a-Lago residence of former President Donald Trump in Palm Beach, Florida, prompting his supporters to accuse the Bureau of being politically motivated.
Various sources spoke to Pennlive about the FBI delivering subpoenas or speaking with Pennsylvania Republicans as a part of the investigation into the effort to send alternate electors to the U.S. Capitol to elect Trump rather than President Joe Biden.
Some of the lawmakers who received subpoenas were told they were not themselves the subject of the investigation, the sources told Pennlive.
On Tuesday, Republican Rep. Scott Perry of Pennsylvania said that the FBI had confiscated his cell phone as part of the same investigation.
“They made no attempt to contact my lawyer, who would have made arrangements for them to have my phone if that was their wish. I’m outraged — though not surprised — that the FBI under the direction of Merrick Garland’s DOJ, would seize the phone of a sitting Member of Congress,” Perry said in a statement.
Trump revealed the FBI raid in a scathing statement issued Monday evening and later suggested that the FBI agents were planting evidence. The warrant was served as a part of an investigation into whether Trump illegally destroyed or removed White House documents after leaving office.
Critics of the Biden administration have accused the FBI of being politically motivated in the raid on Trump’s residence. The White House refused to comment on the incident except to say that they were not notified beforehand about the Mar-a-Lago raid.

They won’t be trying these cases in DC. There is no way they are going to get a conviction outside of DC.
If the issues at play did not have a Federal angle, the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the DOJ would have no jurisdiction to present subpoenas.

Seriously though, prime directives for government bureaucracies are: to perpetuate their existence and to increase their power.
When gov't bureaucracies/agencies behave as a collective to accomplish this, they become the Deep State.
When the Deep State gets large enough and powerful enough to take over a political party, the electoral process, and the national leadership (i.e., most of the 3 branches of gov't), it becomes The Beast!
That is what we are dealing with at the present time.
When The Beast sees a threat to itself, it strikes without hesitation.
It needs no central management (like the WH). It needs no brain (it has a hive mind).
It moves and acts in a collective fashion according to its prime directives.
And that is its strength...and its weakness.
Having an alternate slate of electors is not only not illegal, it is in fact a legal requirement in order to have standing in the case of any lawsuit.
If you don’t have those electors standing by, any suit you bring will simply be tossed out of court with the judge saying you have no remedy since you have no potential electors ready to take the place of the electors you are suing to prevent casting that state’s electoral votes.
Do I even need to mention Democrats have had alternate electors standing by in previous election disputes?

Impossible. There is no way the FBI would launch a raid on a former president without the current president being fully in the loop.
The FBI is not going to stop. They are relentless! They will bend and break whoever they interrogate and force those to turn against Trump and give some outrageous false testimony. They are going to do a Michael Flynn on everyone they subpoena. Bastards are evil and they need to be abolished!

As we saw, you can't depend on Judges (bought and paid for, or not wanting to experience Arkancide) allowing even a U.S. Voter to have "Standing" to bring a Case against the Deep State.
ALL 3 Branches of the Fed Gubmint are owned, and we saw that in-your-face-fraud was used, and totally ignored by the Courts, and with total control of the media (including social media, airwaves, and public skoolz), there's NO WAY to ever get the Truth out....."and that's the way it is"; as Walter Cronkite would say.
