FBI confidential human source, one who was able to identify what classified documents former President Trump was still hiding and even the location of those documents, two senior government officials told Newsweek.
The officials, who have direct knowledge of the FBI’s deliberations and were granted anonymity in order to discuss sensitive matters, said the raid of Donald Trump’s Florida residence was deliberately timed to occur when the former president was away.

The 4th Amendment MANDATES the search must be based on reasonable probable cause of a crime which must be reasonably shown BEFORE such search.
Under the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the Land that the Left ignores, the constitutionally-protected rights of individuals and their liberty and freedom from unjust government coercion generally trumps government interests including things like “classification”.
It is questionable there was a true probable cause crime involved here and the 4A doesn’t make a “classification” exception.
Again, under our founding documents, the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution, the interests of free American individuals generally trump government interests including “classification” issues.
The FBI’s conduct before/during this raid supports that this federal government raid/search was an unconstitutional act against the 4A when the FBI refused to disclose a warrant much less show probable cause PRIOR to entering the residence which the 4A requires.
Anyone with half a brain knows Newstweak’s claim that this is not political is a lie.
I wonder what would have happened of Trump was there along with his SS detail? Do they have any authority to step in and intervene?

I heard this morning that they are taking inventory and that some valuable items/keep sakes are now missing from the place.
Dont know if any of this is absolutely true or not but it would not surprise me.

Does not apply to the President of the United States whose eligibility requirements are explicitly laid out in the Constitution and nothing short of a Constitutional Convention could change that, Congress has no authority to pass any law that changes those requirements or adds to them.
If I didn’t know any better, I’d swear a trusted Trump associate conned them into thinking there was some damning evidence — like maybe the car keys to The Beast — in the safe.
He has been out of the White House for a year and 3/4 so why would they “suddenly” fear he would destroy them?
