LOL! That’s true, but I would say that fascism is the system, and banana republic relates to the method.
Maybe Starbucks will still sell a conservative a cup of coffee, but the media is wiping us out out wherever it can reach us. Many private companies appear to consider carrying out the diktats….whether crushing free speech or imposing vaccine and mask mandates…to be their real corporate goal.
However, what is undeniable is that we have entered the “banana republic” phase, where the government can do whatever it wants, whenever it wants, and to whomever it wants. And, most important, there is no functioning justice system.
In every Latin American leftist banana republic (VZ, for example) I have seen…and I’ve seen a lot, because I’m a Spanish legal translator…they get rid of the justice system first. Remove and replace (or not replace) the judges and prosecutors, “broaden” the laws, and they’re in. This is exactly what is happening here.

The forced invasion of a former President’s home and offices could NOT be accomplished by government lackeys without the express approval of EVERY official in the hierarchy chain. I was doing contract work for an Israeli company when the Libyan civil war broke out in 2011, so we had a front row seat to watch the action.
Even though Khadhafi had his praetorian palace guard, thousands of mercs and a loyal southern army to retain power, he still ended up dead. Khadhafi couldn’t project that power much beyond Tripoli.
Provincial militias started major brushfires across the country that Khadhafi couldn’t put out. His forces consisted of cadets (boots), led by fat, bureaucratic flag staff officers. The militias overran Khadhafi’s untrained cadets, lined them up in front of ditches and executed them - by the thousands.
“Banana Nose” Biden and his loyal federal bureaucrats are in the same stew that Khadhafi’s forces were. The bureaucracy is made up of fat, low-IQ, potato chip-eating, affirmative action slugs. I include the soi boy FBI weenies. These bureaucrats are not trained infantry and will never be mistaken as 1st Marine Division grunts.
The best thing to do is to let this play out and wait for the states to start a counteroffensive. I think we’ll start seeing brushfires set to entice the deep state weeenies to enter states. There, they will be subject to state laws and mores where they can be designated as terrorists under the state’s anti-klan laws.
The stupid deep state has a long, verified history of royally screwing up. The deep state has missed:
1. 500,000 ChiComm troops mustered at the Korean border in 1950.
2. Tet.
3. The fall of the Berlin Wall.
4. 9-11.
Most deep state characters are fat, drunken slobs and whore chasers, only interested in enriching themselves and pumping up their fragile egos. BTW, they’re controlled by their liberal, insane feminist wives.

...And yet the accumulation of recent congressional testimony has made it clear that the Obama administration itself engaged in the wholesale destruction and “loss” of tens of thousands of government records covered under the act as well as the intentional evasion of the government records recording system by engaging in private email exchanges. So far, former President Obama, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, former Attorney General Lynch and several EPA officials have been named as offenders.
