Pennsylvania Democrat U.S. Senate nominee John Fetterman’s “blue collar” image is being called into question after reports revealed he lived off of his parents’ money well into his mid-40s.
Although Fetterman runs ads that purport him to be a “blue collar tough guy,” his parents reportedly financially supported him while he served as mayor of Braddock, Pennsylvania, for 13 years.
Fetterman, who has acknowledged his “cushy” suburban childhood, has openly admitted to the financial contributions his parents gave him as an adult.
For example, in 2015, his parents gave him $54,000, which he disclosed during his failed 2016 Senate candidacy, according to the Pennsylvania Inquirer. Both of his parents provided he and his wife four $13,500 gifts, totaling $54,000, which was just below the $14,000 threshold for taxable gifts at the time.

I still laugh when Brandon passes himself off as a “blue collar guy from Scranton”. Unfortunately a lot of people buy that crap and that’s why they do it.
He did lead a resurgence of Braddock some time back, and at the time I was thinking about moving there to be a part of it, lol. I guess it was better for this Texan to stay put.

It's difficult to overcome the massive voter fraud machine in Filthadelphia, Harrisburg and Pittsburgh.
When the polls closed, in 2020, Donald Trump was up by 700,000 votes.
Then came the mail in voting fraud.
Braddock is a little town and a significant part of its resurgence came from making it a attractive place for artists and a somewhat trendy location. That was great for Braddock but you can’t do that for all of Pennsylvania.

Yes he did. And if Fetterman’s parents wanted to help him financially while he was doing that, it’s no big deal. Complaining about this seems really petty.
There is so much more the GOP could attack Fetterman with. His Marxist views, for example. Or maybe the fact that while he was mayor, he grabbed a shotgun and ran after an innocent black guy. Odd behavior for a gun control nut, don’t you think?

You'd never convince me of that. Democrats outnumber Republicans by about 500,000 registered voters here, and the Republicans who have won statewide election here in recent decades have been among the least conservative elected officials you'll find anywhere.
This is the state that elected Arlen Specter and Tom Ridge, for heaven's sake.
Fetterman isn’t going to need fraud to win… OZ is utterly off brand. If he is within 5 on Election Day it will be a miracle.
Even this “attack” by OZ shows how completely off brand he is.. he thinks this is going to help him and hurt Fetterman…. He doesn’t understand the PA electorate at ALL.
Both Fetterman and OZ come from wealthy families…. Both went to Harvard… highlighting how their lives differed after that does not help OZ at all…
OZ thinks the GOP electorate of PA are upper middle class suburbanites and country clubbers…. As shown by this idiotic “attack”… doesn’t understand this stares electorate at all…. He is utterly off brand for a Republican to win state wide. He’ll do okay in Philly/NJ Border, may even out perform a generic Republican candidate there.. but he’s going to completely underperform across the rest of the state. The parts where to win as a Republican you have to crush it to have any shot at winning, and he is going to go over like a lead balloon
It will be a miracle, even with the big red wave at his back, if he ends this race within 5 points if Fetterman.
Now, now, let’s not forget. It is not like he let his girlfriend drown in a car.
