'Good Samaritan' Who Killed Mall Shooter Broke Property Rules Against Guns

The good Samaritan who shot and killed the gunman who opened fire in the Greenwood Park Mall in Indiana on Sunday afternoon reportedly broke the property's policy against weapons.

The suspected shooter entered the mall on Sunday carrying a rifle and multiple magazines and opened fire in the food court, killing at least three and injuring three before he was shot to death. Greenwood Police Chief Jim Ison said the suspected shooter was killed by a "good Samaritan with a handgun."

The mall is owned by Simon Property Group, and the group's code of conduct, last updated in April of 2020, lists "No weapons" as number three.

Note the headline: "Good Samaritan" is in quotes, which is often used editorially to challenge a concept or phrase. So, NewsWeak doesn't like that this mass murder was thwarted by someone carrying concealed.

Also, they point out that the good guy violated a property RULE?

Tell me, did he also JAYWALK getting to the mall???

The mass murderers and the criminals will never follow the law. If the citizens are disarmed, they are ducks in a barrel (or are they sitting fish?). This is a perfect example of it. if the “good samaritan” followed the rules, there would be a lot more blood to mop up.

Paying customers are not bound by that policy.

I would agree up to the last few years. One of these days, one or more leftists slags is/are going to shoot up a polling place and I don’t intend to be caught with my holster empty.

When the shopping mall,in North Texas, was open in our area they had no concealed weapons allowed signs on all the mall doors except for the Sears stores and in going from Sears into the rest of the mall there were no signs forbidding concealed weapons. Guess what entrance I used when I went shopping there?
