I always show my voter registration, and my drivers license before voting. And I live in PA, and don’t have to do that.

I guess they took the criticism that it was looking ever more like the Department of Just Us and they decided to represent the interests of someone different. Citizens of other countries.

SuperGenius Jamaican-"American" must want to get her butt kicked by SCOTUS who can't possibly be in a good mood after getting mau-maued by her ANTIFA goons over Dobbs.

Is there anyone in this "administration" who isn't a foreigner?

A G Brnovich is a one trick pony and he’s out of tricks. The only way he’ll ever hold another elected public office is if they cheat him into office, you know, like the same way democrats get into public office. I smell toast!!

“... block eligible voters from the registration rolls...

That’s the money quote. The Rats don’t care if anyone actually votes. What they do care about is that you get “registered”. Once you are registered, your “vote” will be counted, whether you submitted it or not.

PS. Anyone can register to vote (including illegal aliens). There is NO penalty for illegals to mark the box on the registration form that says they are eligible to vote. It is a complete honor system and the individuals conscience.

"The DOJ argues the requirement is "a textbook violation of the National Voter Registration Act," according to The Hill. "

Oh, really?? So let's just take a gander at the actual text of this law for half a minute... you don't even need to read the full 13 pages: just the introductory purpose statement will suffice.

PUBLIC LAW 103-31—MAY 20, 1993 107 STAT. 77
Public Law 103-31
103d Congress An Act
To establish national voter registration procedures for Federal elections, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the "National Voter Registration Act of 1993".

SEC. 2. FINDINGS AND PURPOSES.
(a) FINDINGS.—The Congress finds that—
(1) the right of citizens of the United States to vote is a fundamental right;
(2) it is the duty of the Federal, State, and local governments to promote the exercise of that right; and
(3) discriminatory and unfair registration laws and procedures can have a direct and damaging effect on voter participation in elections for Federal office and disproportionately harm voter participation by various groups, including racial minorities.

(b) PURPOSES.—The purposes of this Act are—
(1) to establish procedures that will increase the number of eligible citizens who register to vote in elections for Federal office;
(2) to make it possible for Federal, State, and local governments to implement this Act in a manner that enhances the participation of eligible citizens as voters in elections for Federal office;
(3) to protect the integrity of the electoral process; and
(4) to ensure that accurate and current voter registration rolls are maintained.

That's enough.

Not your business DoJ.

Then again, it wasn’t your business spying on a sitting president either.

Arizona should follow federal law and issue Real ID drivers licenses backed by birth certificates.

Then require a Arizona driver license to ID a voter at the polls.

This is what Texas did and does.

Problem is that mail in balloting is not backed by any identification.

I drive the hippy types crazy in NY when I show my driver license as a form of ID. Amazing that you have to show ID at so many venues, yet the most precious right we have , they want to blow it off.

Arizona Republican Rep. Andy Biggs expressed his shock over the lawsuit.

"DOJ doesn't think you should prove that you're an American to vote in an American election. DOJ is suing Arizona over proof of citizenship requirements," he wrote. "Unbelievable."

That’s great, but why is it so difficult for Republicans to bluntly state the obvious: The dems WANT illegals and other non-citizens to vote. They want to import citizens of other countries to outvote Americans, a seditious act that should have all of them swinging from ropes.

Arizona has passed a law that turns the clock back on progress...

Regression in voter verification and honest, fair elections.
