They are intent on making Congress do their constitutional job of legislation. Rather than the courts, Roe v Wade, or unelected government employees, in this case.

True, the three liberals think it’s ok for unelected bureaucrats to make law. That sums it up well. The liberal mindset is that the bureaucracy has legislative powers. Thankfully we have a court which will chip away at that mindset.

2nd Amendment violations, Roe v. Wade, fed bureaucratic overreach... the dominoes are falling.

Every anti-Trump “conservative” should be down on their knees apologizing for being so wrong about everything.

I remember in the first couple years of the Trump admin, every time DJT would say or tweet something that ruffled feathers, the NeverTrump conservatives would mockingly respond, “But Gorsuch.” In other words, the implication was, sorry, a good SCOTUS pick wasn’t worth having to deal with Trump. Well, guess what? It’s all coming into fruition right now. Damned right this worth a few mean tweets. “But Gorsuch.” “But Kavanaugh.” “But Barrett.”

I’m sure he’s thinking of how to “play” this. It is big...because it likely does/will effect other “dictates” Biden has/will proposed.

Congress is going to have to pass some laws. They’ll have to work and not give speeches and fundraising. Please consider more youthful candidates if they check all your boxes.

I’ve always thought the EPA was the worst part of Nixon’s presidency.

How sweeping is this?

Seems like most of the “laws” in this country are created by bureaucrats in agencies and not enacted by Congress.

I want this Supreme Court to take thousands of new cases.

I want them to rule on things that haven’t even been brought before them.

I want them to preventively rule.

“No, Kathy Hochul, you may not pass laws to get around our Conceal Carry License decision.”

This is only half the battle. Enjoy the win for a few minutes and get back to work. I’m no legal scholar, but reading the opinion it seems the EPA did not have the legislative authority. That doesn’t stop Congress from giving the EPA the legislative authority. More than ever, we need to take back Congress. Then Congress needs to repeal and shutter. There is no question in my mind that the EPA needs to be shuttered and everything green needs to be stripped from all government. We can’t let a teenage Swedish retard ruin our economy and standard of living.
