Hundreds of irate protesters — egged on by socialist New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez — amassed outside the US Supreme Court building Friday to denounce the historic overturning of Roe v. Wade.
Additional cops were being brought in to try to keep potential mayhem at bay — a scene that was poised to play out at burgeoning protests in major cities across the country.
Outside the Supreme Court, AOC joined protesters around noon, using a bullhorn to egg them on and calling the decision “illegitimate.”
Local police units were on high alert for unrest as the crowds continued to grow around noon.
US Capitol Police said they were bringing in additional officers and are working with other law-enforcement agencies as they brace for a potential burst of unrest.
Fliers for protests from Philadelphia to Cincinnati, Ohio, were quickly advertised online after the ruling.
“Be prepared to defend bodily autonomy,” read one call to action for Des Moines, Iowa, later Friday evening.
Protests were rapidly organized in every major city in the nation, as well as in some smaller metropolitan areas including Boise, Idaho, and Morgantown, W.Va.
Police departments in dozens of cities issued warnings against violence or vandalism over Twitter and Facebook while reminding residents that they had the right to protest peacefully.

What I see are mostly people rejoicing!
There are certainly few paid protesters, but most people are happy!
Sounds like an insurrection is taking place.
They are happy because they know this is the beginning of repentance that will heal our land.

I’m not so sure. I don’t think you’ll get a huge number of black people, so it will be only the radical “feminists,” some trannies and gays, some hard-core upper class Dems such as our beloved Nancy (who probably won’t be doing street demonstrations) and some trouble-making Antifa.
I think in some places they’ll gather and shriek outside of churches, etc., but I honestly don’t see cities burning the way they did with BLM.
I do not want to think about AOC eggs.

Today at work, I was discussing stuff with 3 Gen Zers.
All of a sudden one says to me “Did you hear about Roe V Wade”?
I said “I’m Catholic but have you ever researched how abortions are performed on babies that can feel pain”?
I proceeded to graphically describe use a forceps to pull off the limbs and crush the skulls of a baby writhing in pain. Then I asked how can the people who would be livid if that was done to a newborn puppy be Ok if we do that to babies?
I had 3 wide eyed kids with dropped jaws staring at me as I walked away.
Ending first term abortion might be a lost cause for now but informing people what is being done to infants who feel pain has got to done.
