Way to go, Missouri!
God bless all of you down there, including my nephew, a retired Colonel, Vietnam vet.
The blessings of God are about to be poured out on the red states that follow through. Just watch. It will be like Goshen in Egypt. Light, prosperity, health vs. decay and death.
Close it down, frog-march the doctors to the hoosegow.
Missouri leads.
Precious.
Rush Limbaugh’s home state. Thank You God!!!
The forces of evil will be working over time - providing abortion anyways in contravention of the state’s laws. Just my guess. The whole world is “horrified”.
Not really going to be much change. The states that permit some level of abortion will be more than those that don’t. Access to abortion will be a matter of a short drive to a neighboring state even if you’re in a restrictive state.
All thanks and praise to Lord Jesus Christ! In your Name, Lord, we call for your divine protection from the demonic domestic terrorists in their night and days of satanic rage.
I can’t imagine how much Missouri Medicaid will save and how much revenue PP will lose.
I am still waiting for a couple of butt buddies gets pregnant and has a child, not a case of the runs!!
The Dobbs (abortion) case: The US Supreme Court decision is constitutionally sound. The Court has jurisdiction over the unconstitutional Court decision in Roe v. Wade and finally overturned it. Roe v. Wade was unconstitutional because 1) the feds have no constitutional authority regarding abortions and 2) the feds have no jurisdiction over state abortion laws.
The Bruen (gun) case: The US Supreme Court decision is constitutionally unsound because the Court has no jurisdiction over NY State gun laws. This appears to be a victory for our Free Constitutional Republic, but it in not because it strengthens more unconstitutional federal power over the states. The greatest threat to our lives and wellbeing is the unconstitutionally unlimited and totalitarian power of the federal government.
MO killed off abortion clinics, so Planned Parenthood built a new kill factory on the Illinois side of the river.
.
....Missouri bans baby murder....
No, Abortion did not become illegal…
On demand Abortion for any reason did.
Doctors can still perform a medical abortion to save the life of the mother.
Now if it’s kept legal in Kansas, will there be a border war again?
“no abortion shall be performed or induced upon a woman, except in cases of medical emergency,”
In other words, it’s not an unconditional ban on abortions, as the title suggested.
FYI: The U.S. Supreme Court, in correcting the numerous errors of Roe vs. Wade (1973), and Casey vs. Planned Parenthood (1992) IN NO WAY banned the ghoulish practice of abortion. What the Supremes ACTUALLY did, legally speaking, is to return the power to LEGISLATE abortion regulations to the STATES, where the PEOPLE can vote on it. Thus, the decision was strongly pro-democracy and pro-freedom.
