Not really going to be much change. The states that permit some level of abortion will be more than those that don’t. Access to abortion will be a matter of a short drive to a neighboring state even if you’re in a restrictive state.

That may be true in the East, because the states are way too close to gather east of the Mississippi.
It will be legal in Oregon, but I doubt there will be more than one clinic east of Bend. Just because it’s a quick trip over the border if you live in Idaho doesn’t mean that it’s a quick trip to a clinic.
