Access to abortion will be a matter of a short drive to a neighboring state even if you’re in a restrictive state.
That may be true in the East, because the states are way too close to gather east of the Mississippi.
It will be legal in Oregon, but I doubt there will be more than one clinic east of Bend. Just because it’s a quick trip over the border if you live in Idaho doesn’t mean that it’s a quick trip to a clinic.
I’m thinking there will be a fairly random spread of those that totally restrict, those that allow with restrictions and those that are wide open.
I don’t see a drive from Oklahoma to Illinois to be that long.
