The vote to overturn Roe v. Wade was 5-4. Alito wrote the majority opinion, joined by Thomas, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Barrett.
The vote to uphold Mississippi’s abortion restriction was 6-3. Roberts voted with the majority for that outcome, but he said in a separate opinion that he would not have overturned Roe.

Griswold v. Connecticut? Lawrence v. Texas? Obergfell v. Hodge? Loving v. Virginia would also be at risk but I can't imagine any court overturning interracial marriage. Still, a lot of people thought Roe was sacrosanct too.

There was never a Constitutional right to abortion. The left likes to frame it as such, but in reading the constitution and all its amendment, the word abortion never appears.

Under the Commerce Clause they certainly can. Remove abortion as a matter between a woman and her doctor, which this decision certainly does, then it becomes a commercial transaction between a woman and the abortion provider. Article I, Section 9, Clause 3 allows Congress to regulate that.

So 6-3 (maybe 5-1/2 to 3-1/2; says a lot about Roberts... is he trying to straddle the fence?)
I’ll go with 5 1/2 and fence straddling so he still gets invited to DC parties thrown by the “beautiful people.”

I don’t believe that the Left is Stupid enough or Skilled enough to take out one of the Justices. However, if my assumption is wrong, I believe that it would really really suck to be a Democrat Politician in this country especially after a justice has been assassinated by the very Loons DEMOCRATS support.
