Because of the Tenth Amendment, this particular issue is purely a state by state decision. Even if Congress passed an amendment, two-thirds of the states would have to ratify it. Not possible. Congress can't do shit.

Under the Commerce Clause they certainly can. Remove abortion as a matter between a woman and her doctor, which this decision certainly does, then it becomes a commercial transaction between a woman and the abortion provider. Article I, Section 9, Clause 3 allows Congress to regulate that.

The Tenth Amendment is there exactly for folks who think like you. Sorry. Your "clause" does not trump an Amendment. The founders wrote an entire Constitution and never meant for the "Commerce Clause" to over rule ANY of it much less almost all of it according to folks like you.
