The Tenth Amendment is there exactly for folks who think like you. Sorry. Your "clause" does not trump an Amendment. The founders wrote an entire Constitution and never meant for the "Commerce Clause" to over rule ANY of it much less almost all of it according to folks like you.

Your "clause" does not trump an Amendment.

The 10th Amendment says, "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people." Article I, Section 9, Clause 3 delegates regulating commerce to the United States.
