That's 6-3, not 5-4. I would, however, dispute your assertion that there are 6 conservatives on the Court. Specifically, I'd dispute that assertion for Roberts, given his record.

Yes. Overturning Roe v. Wade does not "ban" abortion, as those on the Left will say. It recognizes that there is no such right within the US Constitution and therefore, the decision is returned to the States.
