With rare exceptions, murder is a violation of State law and prosecuted in State courts. Those convicted of murder end up doing their time in State prisons.
This puts the matter in the hands of State Legislatures. Make sure your State representative(s) and State senator(s) know that you oppose abortion and vote accordingly.

Even though Barnett is genuinely MAGA, she’s a newbie living in a state where statewide races are rigged by the Philly Mob. Having a RINO in place of a leftist Democrat is a practical and appropriate goal.
