The Jan. 6 committee has reportedly tapped a former top boss at ABC News as a “secret adviser” to craft its upcoming primetime hearing on the Capitol riot for a television audience.
James Goldston, who served as president of ABC News from 2014 until early 2021, has been working as an adviser to the House select committee and quietly producing the hearing. Goldston previously helmed “Good Morning America” and “Nightline.”
The committee tapped Goldston to help convert a cache of documents, depositions, recorded footage and other materials related to the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol riot into compelling television for those who have not closely followed the proceedings

Oh yes, an address (that no one would carry) detailing the depravity etc. of the Bidens would have convinced those perfectly rational 2000 mules to stay home.
Will the cast of Hamilton be performing again for the show-trial?
They want high production value for their Stalinist Show Trial.
So this will be a production designed to make it look authentic and truth filled. A staged production to gaslight the gullible into believing their bullchit.
I will not listen to one minute of this democrat campaign commercial disguised as a bipartisan committee.
“Tons”
They'll all have globs of makeup, recently coiffed hairdos, lipstick on pigs.
If you want to see something more real, professional wrestling is on that night.
I'll be watching Tucker, he should invite Trump on as his guest.
Cue Congressman Kinzinger to cry on camera again on three, two, one…..
I don’t know
Looks like Rob Reiner Hollywood vermin
Not surprisingly it’s their craft I guess
Propaganda
A serious irony to that obviously
The "average ignorant idiot" wouldn't watch a primetime government hearing to save his life.
They keep upping the ante for their losing hand rather than just admit that nobody cares.
The committee tapped Goldston to ***help convert*** a cache of documents, depositions, recorded footage.
I'm not sure the Democrats want that portion of the country which has never seen Adam Schiff getting a good look at him, especially right up front.
I'm happy to say I see zero upside at all for them in this stunt. An absolute ratings disaster that will never again allow networks carrying it to claim they are "non-partisan."
If Trump had held a prime time address detailing the contents...
Ridiculous. No media outlet would ever give Trump prime time to do this.
He had the powers granted to the executive branch by, I believe, obama's executive order. He could have hijacked every tv station and he could have put everything out there.
This production must be good to derail the Red Wave that’s building. It must cause a great deal of doubt and innuendo to de-fang Trump and put his movement in check. Make em move to DeSantas (a career Politico) rather than Trump who will be out for Revenge—and cleaning the swamp where they all dwell. Watch the show and be ready for any lie, rumor, smear they can come up with. They have no choice. Its this or Prison for many. The last thing they want is The Truth.
As far as the "mules" go, I agree.
Though the election was definitely stolen I still think that Trump alienated a lot of folks who might have been on board with him if he'd taken a less hardcore tone in his Tweets. Without question he severely alienated a huge swath of the "suburban housewife" vote. EVERY suburban housewife/soccer mom I know voted against him because of his perceived "meanness." Would it have made a difference if they'd voted otherwise? Depends on whether the election thieves could have overcome those additional votes.
And why, exactly, should I go “pound sand?” Because my opinion differs from yours? Because I don’t blindly worship or cheerlead for a political figure? Because I see things as they are?
Yes, you’re probably right. That realization makes me loathe the vile, leftist/globalist media even more than usual.
