The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) arrested former White House economic adviser Peter Navarro on Friday, acting on a referral from the Democrat-run House that held him in contempt for refusing to testify at the partisan January 6 Committee.

The process actually began during the 8 Clinton years. George W. Bush did nothing to reverse it during the next 8 years. Then Obama worked hard at it during his 8 years including replacing many military officers and making some of his political appointee positions into career civil service jobs so they couldn’t be removed. During Trump’s four years his efforts were stymied by Democrats and Republicans in Congress as well as the courts. In essence we’ve had 28 years during which the Democrats have very successfully infiltrated the once professional civil service and almost completely restaffed it with leftist social justice warriors.
No doubt if the GOP recaptures Congress in the 2022 elections, McCarthy and McConnell, will make no effort to reform the bureaucracy. Neither have a history of using the power of the purse to actually reduce the size of government or cut wasteful staffing.
The only ones who hate MAGA more than the Dems are the Repubs.

This is not good people. Navarro was a cabinet member in the previous admin. This is the precurser to arresting Don, Jr., Cruz, etc. until they finally think they’ve desensitized Americans enough to arrest PDJT without causing mass riots.
Shit like this leads to the utter disregard of real crimes and the complete disdain of law enforcement by normals. I for one will NEVER talk to an FBI agent for ANY reason, lawyer or no. I’d rather hire the local gang to take care of business if I’m victimized.

I hate to keep bringing up Kemp, in Georgia, but he’s a prime example of EVERYTHING wrong with the GOP: sold out and continues to sell out every Conservative in Georgia - a puppet for Hollywood, Microsoft, Facebook, car company that builds cars no one buys, and anyone else that wants to move a company or industry to Georgia and get massive tax breaks/cash from the taxpayer - all while he talks about jobs, jobs, jobs...that the state wasn’t starving for - he’s the newest version of Rick Perry selling out the state .... the best/worst part - he has a strong majority Republican legislature that will do anything he and David Raslton tell them to...anything.
Abrams isn’t going to do anything that Kemp isn’t already doing...no - she cannot mess with our guns given the majority the REpublican’s hold in the legislature. But, at least with her( and I’m NOT voting for her), she’ll have strong opposition to the very same things that Kemp will be allowed to do.
The movie industry is one example. The people don’t want it. Or should I say, the Conservative taxpayers don’t want the $1,200,000,000, recurring film tax credit. Kemp says it’s essential. To what, no one can explain. Abrams has a campaign commercial for it. One State Senator wanted to cap the fund at $900,000,000 and they went nuts that someone wanted to actually try and do something fiscally responsible.
But, in this state, you’ll find that if the problem isn’t on someone’s front lawn then it really isn’t a problem, people like Kemp go back to continue their carnage and the people have no say in anything, no matter how much they yell.

There is more than one case. The civil suit filed by Navarro to quash the subpoena is him, pro se (him being his own lawyer); but he may hire a criminal defense lawyer for the criminal case filed by the government.
NYT sez: "The charges against Mr. Navarro come at a politically sensitive moment: one week before the committee is poised to begin a series of high-profile hearings on its findings."
The FBI are the enforcement arm of the Deep State. Expecting them to respect civil liberties and expecting the Turtlehead-McCarthy GOP to demur are fool’s errands. They are part of the same criminal enterprise.

I am puzzled why Navarro would even mention impeachment. Impeachment implies biden is a legitimate potus which he is not. He was cheated in by our mafia government. Navarro should be talking about dragging his treasonous butt to gitmo by military police.
