Other than being fired and recalled (from the City Council) through a recall petition I can’t think of any “legal” action that can be taken against Arredondo.
I think it shows how dumb Arredondo is that he thinks he can just take his seat on the City Council without the local citizenry burning the chambers to the ground.
He should just resign both positions and go far away and drive a truck. Changing his name would probably help too.
