Big time conspiracies going on, again.

Planned, financed, and implemented by the FBI?

Again, this was not a random act of violence!

Being non-cooperative will not work for more than a day or so.

This is all Parkland 2.0 - the similarities are baffling.

How I wish for some new resolve from this - that we cannot, should not, depend/rely on Barnies to run into an active school shooting to save children. Instead there must be some system for recruiting and training individuals to be sentinels and to engage these monsters.

If some brave politicos would sponsor such a program I would volunteer for my local school.

The police unions will have none of this.

What was the Texas DPS doing while the Uvalde cops were just standing around? Well, they were just standing around too.

It won’t happen, but the Border Patrol should lead the investigation. Those guys are the only ones with any competency here.

I like that idea. Let the town figure out what to do in their own town.

Short of begging for federal money to do psychological treatments, the solutions aren’t beyond a town’s government’s grasp.

Their lawyers must have told them to clam up.

Arredumbo should be downtown sweeping up and answering questions. Why does he get to hide out at home? Packing for his move? And who orders the cruisers to cover for him. No law anyplace requires the police to protect citizens.

“The truth will come out” implies what is being reported is something other than the truth. Such as, perhaps, someone above Arredondo actually gave the stand-in-place order.

OTOH, refusing to cooperate with the investigation does not sound conducive to truth coming out.

said the delayed police entry into the classroom was
“the wrong decision” and contrary to protocol.

*************

This is just beginning and will take a while to play out and
wade thru all the legal issues.

That said I don't believe the Police have any leg, statue or
moral standing to sit and wait while while children were
being shot, killed and wounded. Just think of what the
survivor children will have to contend with thru the years
of their life.
