I would reword the 2A as follows:
The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed because a well armed populace is necessary to the security of liberty.
The Second Amendment was NEVER “passed” you (Biden) sloppy wet defecant!
As we were reminded by branDUHn when he accused, well, anyone that is white and takes pride in their heritage of being a suprema-cyst, they have F-15s and nukes.
The plural of cannon is cannon.
The plural of cannon is cannoli.
You haven’t lost a step.
I miss Bellygirl posts. What happened to beautiful women in media?
She was hotter than Georgia asphalt.
.
Privateers hired by the US Congress -- which would include the legendary French pirate Jean Lafitte during the War of 1812 -- all had ships positively bristling with privately-owned cannon.
Furthermore, cannon are still legal to own to this day. Not just the black powder cannon even juveniles can buy from the back pages of comic books and Soldier of Fortune magazine (which of themselves put the lie to Bite-Me's claim), but real, (reasonably) modern military hardware (tightly controlled NFA devices, but legal nonetheless).
Quite a few of the cannon currently in private ownership happen to be attached to a tank, as in an army tank, which also are privately owned, which puts the lie to yet another of Bite-Me's claims (he also lies about not being able to own fighter jets, but there isn't room for that bit here).
Probably my favorite example of a privately-owned cannon being fired from a privately-owned tank purely for entertainment purposes was when the Demolition Ranch's own Matt used the main gun (which is what you call a cannon when it's mounted to a tank) from a war surplus tank to see how much damage the muzzle blast coming sideways out of the main gun tube's muzzle brake will do to a refrigerator.
The tank in question, BTW, also has four (4) fully-automatic machine guns mounted on it, one privately-owned .50 BMG machine gun and three privately-owned .30-06 Springfield machine guns, in addition to the main gun (the bore of which is not stated).
I'm not certain but I believe the tank is a, M4A3 "Large Hatch," which originally would have carried a 75mm main gun but this one I think has been "upgraded" to 90mm because muzzle brakes weren't common on the 75mm gun.
Yup. If you have the money and do the paper work you can have a BANG up time. Full auto is pretty expensive these days to buy.
At least pres. Biden didn’t use his lame “can’t own” an F-15 carrying Hellfire missiles
near as I can figure...
- a gatling\mini gun
- Tannerite
- M-79 grenade launcher
- Machine gun
- Flame Thrower
- C-4
all legal; some with regulation limitations; some with no regulations
I’m guessing that Biden’s reason behind people not owning cannons is the same reasoning behind what he is currently doing to the economy. He has no idea what he is really doing. It’s too bad that we could not just do a rerun on the last presidential election right now. It might turn out differently IF we could keep the Democrats from derailing things again.
Bidey lies, the liar of all liars:

You can buy a replica fully operational Civil Was canon on the internet, last time I checked they were going for about 15 grand.
In the 1840s Georgia tried to ban certain firearms. In a court case here is what the State Supreme Court had to say about it.
19. * Nunn v. State, 1 Ga. (1 Kel.) 243, at 251 (1846).
“’The right of the people to bear arms shall not be infringed.’ The right of the whole people, old and young, men, women and boys, and not militia only, to keep and bear arms of every description, and not such merely as are used by the militia, shall not be infringed, curtailed, or broken in upon, in the smallest degree; and all this for the important end to be attained: the rearing up and qualifying a well-regulated militia, so vitally necessary to the security of a free State.”
What is it with this Biden clown? His staff likes to set Biden-Bot on the loose to say stupid things. Fake Doc Jill where are you?

Biden, who earlier publicly claimed, “The Second Amendment, from the day it was passed, *limited the type of people* who could own a gun.
Can’t have Marxism with an armed public.
