Stop being VINDICTIVE. Not all paybacks are good things. Strive for peace in the family.

Little did Trump know that the snake in the snake story he told so many times was right there beside him.

Pence demonized himself. There is no shame in truth telling. The opposite, mealy mouthed solidarity, is why we are where we are today.
Our Founders were quite blunt and called out wrong doing, political chicanery & hypocrisy. Trump is in good company & is performing a service, ripping the veils of ignorance that carpet baggers and venial officials hide behind.

Pence was never relevant. Another Republican who always has his wet finger in the air trying to see which way the political winds are blowing.

Outside a handful of "religious" voters, Pence has very little support.

Don't forget the fans of the cartoon character Race Bannon.

No. That would be foolish in the extreme. If GOP-e and traitors to the Nation, self serving globalist are covered for by all and sundry how will we ever clean the stables. Pence is part of no family to which I hew.

Nothing good comes out of a powerful man attacking an irrelevant one. Now Pence is relevant again. I hadn’t heard his name in awhile. This is a dumb and shortsighted move. It literally wins zero political capital and costs some, but not a whole lot. But why even go there?

The ONLY thing Pence had going for him was the perception that he was a good soldier - loyal to President Trump.

He completely blew that by failing to do the minimum ANY other Vice President would have done: simply state that he believed there are serious questions that need to be answered.

Nobody would have faulted him for carrying out the formal duties required of him as President of the Senate. But carrying out those duties would not have prevented him from publicly defending President Trump’s right to question the election results and stating his own belief that there were indeed serious questions that needed answers.

He did none of that. Instead, he took the position that the election was fair and that the President was pressuring him to do something improper anti-Constitutional.

There has never been a worse betrayal in the history of the world.

Pence will never be able to redeem himself - serving as a useful idiot for Democrats may give him some temporary political relevance - but that is only an illusion, because no Democrats will ever vote for him either - I can’t believe he doesn’t see that.

You would rather the evil done be swept under the carpets? That attitude is why we are in such a dreadful state today.
Sunshine, the best disinfectant. Not always comfortable but invaluable.

No. Not what I said at all. Respectfully, you are wrong in your assessment. Trump’s spokesman just made Pence relevant again. There is no win in that.

“Pence is toast”

I will charitably say that Pence doesn’t have the personality of a revolutionary, and he seems to have loyalties to at least some deep-state priorities.

We need revolutionaries and fighters now who unequivocally support conservative causes.

Trump Spokesman need to explain why, if he was already a washed out nothing in 2016, Trump picked Pence as his running mate.

I watched Pence closely as VP including through the pandemic and I would challenge you to produce one single piece of video where he was anything other than deferential and supportive of President Trump. He always made it clear Trump was in charge and he was #2. I have never seen a gap between them until Pence refused to take the extra-constitutional steps regarding the certification of the election that some wanted him to take.

We either live by the Constitution even when it hurts, or we become Democrats and ignore the parts we don’t like or just make it up as we go.

Cheney will have more support than Pence with her 3%.

The initial debate stages will be crowded, as in 2016, with some 2-dozen wannabes. Trial balloons are already flying.
