Russiagate investigator believes Durham cracked 'insurance policy' mystery (video)

Kash Patel, a former top House Intelligence Committee aide, said he believes special counsel John Durham has figured out the "insurance policy" discussed by leading FBI officials in the heat of the 2016 presidential election.

A text message sent by FBI agent Peter Strzok to then-FBI lawyer Lisa Page in August 2016 mentioning an "insurance policy" is integral to what Republican investigators have long suspected to be part of a so-called plot to undermine then-candidate Donald Trump — a view rejected by ex-top FBI brass involved in the matter. Strzok and Page, who were romantically linked, have filed separate lawsuits against Justice Department and FBI for alleged wrongful firing under political pressure and violating the Privacy Act with the release of their text messages, respectively.

One week into the trial of Michael Sussmann, a former lawyer for Hillary Clinton's 2016 presidential campaign accused of lying to the FBI, Patel said the "damning testimony" heard by the court so far will inevitably have former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, as well as "lovebirds" Strzok and Page, "concocting an 'insurance plan.'"

"And I think John Durham knows what that 'insurance plan' is. I know we figured it out during Russiagate, and we have tried to educate the American public on it, but it remains classified, partly," Patel told Fox Business anchor Maria Bartiromo on her Fox News program Sunday Morning Futures.

Nope, the statute of limitations has already run on the vast majority of these crimes.

...the timing of the "insurance policy" text is important to consider.

"I remind the audience that's in August of 2016, when they were digesting the Steele dossier, when they were running with the Alfa-Bank server nonsense, and when they were getting ready to go to the FISA court," he said.

"This trio, who led this, the biggest criminal conspiracy in U.S. history, I believe is in the crosshairs of John Durham."

You forgot Priestap. He conveniently forgot a lot, but somewhere in all that paperwork there is proof of what he did!

The takeaway from that story is that McCabe sued and won his goddamn full pension back.

So bankrupt him by putting him front and center when this invest spills into the 118th GOP Congress.

***I have always thought the Bill Priestap was the one individual most likely to crack and come clean. He is not a Clintonite and is independently wealthy***

It has been presumed from early on that Priestap was cooperating - and he remained at the DoJ for a while; I don't know his later bio.

However, we must always remember that HRC may have a secret weapon - Arkancide. 🤔

Nope, that has already been addressed. In conspiracy cases, it's almost impossible for ALL the participants to refrain from resetting the clock almost daily.

"Since You do not know Durhams target or the charge how can you determine if the statute applies?

John Durham’s pleading shows there is no statute of limitations due to evidence before, during and after his indictments."

If you conduct a string of intimately related crimes over time, ones in which the commission of the first facilitates and supports the following, the statute of limitations starts at the last crime…

And the sentence shouldn’t be jail time, but instead, a short drop and quick stop.

The only way real justice will happen is military tribunals.

If Trump when he first because President had presided over arrests and DC trials, it would have been a circus with likely violence which would have headed for civil war.

NOW, even the leftist idiots who voted for Biden are sick of these clowns. To start the ball rolling, DC trials where no DimWIT could ever be convicted are proceeding. As Elon said on TWITTER the other day, there are MANY who do NOT know anything about Susman and the Hillary RUSSIAGATE SCAM.

Next comes the midterm elections with the election fraud on most of our minds. The liberal DimWITS are convinced there is NO election fraud but truth keeps seeping out. The DimWITS have to be careful, much more careful than they were in 2020. With low levels of cheating, there will be a MAGA landslide.

Next year, start the House and Senate investigations. Quickly, the crimes will engulf everybody from Hillary to Obama, from George Sorus to James Comey.

The trials will move from DC to GITMO as the charges go from lied to the FBI and did not pay income taxes on the Russian bribes to real honest to goodness TREASON and SEDITION.

In GITMO, the sentences can move from community service to 20 years hard labor to firing squads.

It will take some more time but the ball is rolling. NOBODY CAN STOP WHAT IS COMING but they will try. Their pathetic efforts will finally turn the tide of even the dumbest DimWIT supporters.
