Yale “law students” are overrated Snowflake clowns and Karens.

What's the point of having law schools if there is no Constitution?

When these people out themselves in this manner, showing themselves to be at a minimum authoritarians lacking reasoning skills, and more likely as marxists with an agenda, they should be put on a black-ball list and never hired by anyone. If they believe the way they appear to then they should be shipped off to China where they will fit right in.

Haven’t they been doing that already?
At least for the last 25 years.
Now, even many of the instructors will assist.

The Federalists wanted a strong national government.

This national government was formed in 1787 without a bill of rights.

First year law students Shyamala Ramakrishna, Leah Fessler and Melisa Olgun should NEVER, EVER, be lawyers or even judges for goodness sakes!

In my opinion, they are domestic enemies of the US Constitution.

ALL of our elected AND appointed already tossed out the Constitution on Usurpation Day, January 20, 2009 when they swore in the ineligible Kenyan from Indonesia.

Isn't that harassment, which would be completely unacceptable if conservatives did it?
Christo-fascist? That's a new smearword.

When you’ve probably been taught your whole life by teachers who teach that your country, the U.S., both was, and is, the most evil country in all of human history anywhere because of the enslavement of negroes and the taking of land from natives, then you have nothing to fall back on and nothing to believe in during times when the pro - U.S. side has the upper hand, such as now, and off the rails radicalism is all you have left. This is all according to the leftist educrats plan.

How can we possibly expect a document, drafted by wealthy, white, landowning men, to protect those who face marginalization that is the direct result of the very actions of the founders?

One fundamental assumption of Critical Law is that who created the system counts more than the actual system. That's handy when you don't have an argument against the system's particulars. Here we have an astonishingly ignorant class of students convinced that the system is inherently oppressive and all that needs to change is who is doing the oppressing, and they intend that to be themselves. As judges and attorneys their duty will not be to justice but to "social" justice: Marxian because it subordinates justice to class warfare.

If they toss out the Constitution why bother having a law school Wouldn’t think there would be any laws left after that. Without a Constitution, maybe the NRA could be the governing body.

Contacted for comment, the students decried "leaks" of their social media posts and said the Washington Free Beacon was not "authorized" to publish them.

"This was posted PRIVATELY, on a private story, and was clearly leaked to you," Fessler said in an email, adding that the Free Beacon was "in no way authorized" to use the message.

"The post was on a private account on a private story that was sent to you without my knowledge," Olgun said. "You are in no way authorized to use it or my name in your story."

The replies may have been a tacit invocation of copyright laws that ban the dissemination of photos without their owner’s consent. Publishing private Instagram posts, a lawyer might argue, violates intellectual property rights, though Adam Candeub, an intellectual property expert at Michigan State University College of Law, called that argument "bullshit."

"It’s not clear copyright would even apply," Candeub said. "I wonder what they’re teaching at Yale Law School."
