Who is Kathy Barnette?
Washington Examiner ^ | 5/11/2022 | Salena Zito

Barnette, in her bio on her webpage, says: "Appearing regularly on national TV and radio, Kathy Barnette is a veteran, former adjunct professor of corporate finance, sought-after conference speaker, and conservative political commentator. Next up — Kathy is taking on Washington D.C. and is running for the U.S. Senate in Pennsylvania."

The bio also reads: "Kathy served her country proudly for 10 years in the Armed Forces Reserves where she was accepted into Officer Candidacy School. She worked with two major financial firms in corporate America and sat on the board of a pregnancy crisis center for five years."

The questions to the campaign, which said it doubted whether she would have time for an interview because she was booked for interviews continuously until Election Day, were pretty straightforward and simple:

The name of her hometown Where was she an adjunct professor and when? When was she in officer candidate school? What financial institutions did she work at and when? When did she move from Virginia to Pennsylvania? (She says in her book bio from 2018 that she lived in Virginia, so what year did she move to Pennsylvania?) And a confirmation that the college she graduated from was Troy State University. The reply from the campaign manager noted, “Kathy keeps her early life as private as possible as I am sure you can understand why” — a reference one could surmise was to her life story, which she told compellingly in an ad this past week about being the child of rape.

She could be hiding nothing. She could be hiding everything. We don’t know because there are no answers. While people hold a strong distaste for the press, many level-headed conservatives who really want to win this seat in November...

[Again, Oz may be an accomplished heart surgeon, he’s LYING about his position on abortion and more. That LYING automatically disqualifies him from office, for any solid, right minded Conservative.

McCormick’s financial creds are outweighed by his time with the GW Bush Administration and the time he spent (along with his time in Financial Services) shipping jobs OUT of this country automatically disqualify him for office, for any solid, right minded Conservative.

Barnette: If she’s lying about her military service: automatic disqualifier.

Conclusion: lost seat for Republicans in PA. The STUPID PARTY once again failed to fully vett candidates and here we are.]

You might abstain from voting for Oz or McCormick, but the vast majority of Pubbies will vote for whomever wins the nomination. My feeling is if Oz or McCormick wins, one of them will be the next senator from PA. Barnette will be crushed in the general, as her skimpy and underwhelming biography falls apart under scrutiny. You want Barry Goldwater, but religious. The PA electorate wants normalcy and that excludes grifters like Barnette.

I wish I could be as optimistic as you.

I suspect a big factor in the registration shift is that tens of thousands of Democrats are changing their voter registration so they can vote in the upcoming GOP primary. If that's the case, then I'd bet my paycheck that they are voting for two candidates who will most likely get their @sses kicked in November:

1. Kathy Barnette (U.S. Senate)

2. Doug Mastriano (governor)

When was she in officer candidate school?

Did she complete the course? Was she commissioned?

I was assigned to the FA OCS at Ft. Sill after I returned from RVN. It was a long time ago. My job was to test the motivation of the candidates while pretending to teach them something. (Lots of pushups). We deliberately tried to force the candidates to quit by punishing them for any - ANY infraction no matter how small.

This was considered important because, obviously, the candidates had to be highly motivated and ingenious enough to get around the rules without getting caught.

Anyone with reasonable intelligence and physical fitness could get IN to the OC Program. I want to know if she FINISHED or not, especially since I know that it is a lot easier now. I was dealing with combat arms soldiers during a hot war, all men, all active duty, who would almost certainly be on their way to Vietnam shortly after graduation. More washed out than graduated then.

So, did she graduate and earn a commission or not? Being accepted is not the same as entering the program. The only thing I can assume is that she tried and failed or did not bother to actually attend.

"Serving in the Turkish Army is concerning. Holding dual citizenship is concerning. Your wife’s family’s company paying $95 million in fines is concerning. Especially when the fine is for knowingly firing thousands and thousands of illegal aliens… Living in NJ is concerning."

...and voting in a Turkish election is concerning

Can you glean anything from her listed dates of service? 1989-1999.

[oz previously supported abortion, gun control, and surgery and drugs for minor children with gender dysphoria. oz is Satan’s candidate.]

Similar stated views were expressed by Donald Trump when he was a media personality cum real estate developer trying to pump up interest in his projects. What people say and what people really think are different things. That was why primary voters had such adverse reactions to Trump. They weren’t quite sure who the real Trump was. You had to vote him in to find out. Over 4 years, we’ve gotten a pretty good idea. And the real Donald Trump has given the thumbs up to a man he has literally known for decades. Which is a different proposition from the various nominees he had to have approved by McConnell that he had never previously heard of, let alone met.

If she wins she will be in the DS Swamp Club within 6 months. Which btw is better than her opponents who are already members.

KATHY BARNETTE wishes she was in Minneapolis to “honor GEORGE FLOYD” and JOIN the BLACK LIVES MATTER PROTESTS. Knock yourself out Kathy! After you LOSE you can volunteer and protest for “Racial Justice” with Mitt Romney and Adam Kinzinger and AL SHARPTON. pic.twitter.com/jOrRcLEw5E— Greg Kelly (@gregkellyusa) May 11, 2022

I just saw this on the Q thread.

Reagan couldn’t win; neitehr could Trump. OTOH, McCain adn Romney were “electable.”

Always pick the unelectable candidate, if that candidate is conservative. If you pick teh electable candidate, you will lose 90 percent of the time. If you pick the unelectable one, you’ll win most of the time.

Not all that unusual for someone to apply for OCS, get accepted, then ultimately decide against the commitment and get out. As long as she didn’t claim to be an officer, I don’t see the issue.

“I noticed that her Wikipedia page has also been scrubbed.”

Then you “noticed” wrong.

Her page was not “scrubbed”, a la Jeffrey Epstein’s page in order to delete the names of Democrat pedophiles who traveled to Epstein Island.

Barnette’s page was deleted (redirected) by Wikipedia:

“Wikipedia has deleted the page of Republican U.S. Senate candidate Kathy Barnette, who would be the first black senator for Pennsylvania if elected, after the company said she is not a notable person.

Her page, which was last edited on May 10, redirects to a general Wikipedia page about Pennsylvania’s 2022 U.S. Senate election.

Her page did “not establish notability beyond routine campaign coverage,” a Wikipedia editor said in April 2021, when the discussion of removing her page began.”

I think Fetterman is running for the wrong office.

As a former mayor and sitting Lieutenant Governor he'd be a lock to run for governor. But since he has no resume outside politics, he's stuck doing whatever the Democratic Party masters tell him to do.

My take on her is she’s a grifter looking to latch onto the shortage of blacks in the uppermost ranks of the GOP for a ride on the gravy train.

I'm glad to see you posting this garbage. If a hack like you is agin' her, I'm fer her.

Go Kathy!

Oz can’t win, for the same reasons Mccain and Romney couldn’t.

Yup. We got lucky with President Trump. Also, there was supporting evidence that, at least, he loved America. As well, some of his positions began to change in the early 2010s. And by 2016, his language was clear: America First; pro-life; pro-2A; pro-working folks...

With oz, all I see is a money-hungry, baby-murdering, child-mutilating demon from Hell who uses vague language to obfuscate his real positions. Send him back to his father, the devil.

Oz can certainly win in Pennsylvania.

The typical swing voter in this state is a dopey suburban Karen who wears a diaper on her face 24 hours a day.

I noticed that her Wikipedia page has also been scrubbed.

And if you had been paying attention, you'd know that Kathy herself was the one who called attention to Wikipedia doing that a week before the election. Does that sound sinister to you, too?

When I look at Oz, I see a lying, taqiya-embracing Romney clone. No way in hell I'd vote for him in the primary. He's a complete non-starter.
