ATLANTA (AP) — A judge in Georgia on Friday found that U.S. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene is qualified to run for reelection, finding that a group of voters who had challenged her eligibility failed to prove she engaged in insurrection after taking office. But the decision will ultimately be up to Republican Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger.

“But the decision will ultimately be up to Republican Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger”
Sounds like it ain’t over yet
Raffensperger would be a fool to disqualify her.
The case was just another example of Marc Elias lawfare. It was ridiculous from the start.
and no, it will not ultimately be decided by Ratburger. The federal courts have already thrown out other cases where Elias and the Democrats tried to disqualify other Republicans.
Her comments, if reported correctly, were more violent than anything Trump or most other Republicans said. So maybe this will put an end to Democrats trying to use the judicial system to block Republican candidates.
Always appreciate good news. Thanks for posting.
Hey Judge, WHAT ABOUT ILL-HAN OMAR?
Isn’t ratburger running for reelection? If so and he rules against her he can kiss his election chances goodbye.
Rep MTG is my hero.
It would have been far more appropriate for a judge to hear the merits of (or lack thereof) Barry’s forged presidential eligibility claims in his run for that office.
It was a ridiculous complaint to begin with.
*BooM!*
You go girl!
Idiots....
Guess the far right will be enciting violins over this too. Or some 🐂💩 proclamation by the lame stream. Hard to keep track these days. /S
I hope Ratburger is being investigated, him and Kemp. They’re both up to their necks in corruptions
Sounds like it ain’t over yet
He's being primaried this month, so it won't happen before that.
If Jody Hice beats him in his primary, I fully expect him to declair MTG cannot run purely out of spite.
Exactly! Just wondering if they will protest at that Judge’s house and how much is the stipend?
