The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced Thursday that it has limited the use of the Johnson & Johnson coronavirus vaccine to adults for whom other COVID-19 vaccines for aren't "accessible or clinically appropriate."
Driving the news: The change in the FDA's recommendation for the J&J shot follows an updated analysis of the vaccine's associated with a rare blood clot disorder, per the press release.

I’m glad I am part of the vaccine control group.
Effectiveness against COVID was probably minimal. The mortality study looked at all causes including COVID, but obviously only short term mortality. In the long term only God knows.
I’m traveling and will need a booster. Already took one JJ shot. What to do?
I’m not a biochemist but I’ve read plenty that doesn’t align with your statement.

“Instead of using mRNA, the Johnson & Johnson vaccine uses a disabled adenovirus to deliver the instructions. This adenovirus is in no way related to the coronavirus. It is a completely different virus. Although it can deliver the instructions on how to defeat the coronavirus, it can’t replicate in your body and will not give you a viral infection.”
It’s the more traditional approach to a vaccine, so I don’t believe it creates “the same mRNA” that is in the mRNA shots.
I took no shots and never got covid.
The VAERS report on my batch of J&J lists 36 deaths.
“All this time later and people are still saying this.
It is DNA - it goes in and *adds* DNA to the nucleus which then has the cell itself produce the very same mRNA - indefinitely - until the cell dies”
Well assuming correct, I’m still here and a vast majority more folks as a percentage that took J&J over Pfizer as well.
Maybe people want him to lose because he’s a creep, a phony, and liar. Just spitballin....
So, top five in the J&J death hit parade. As I recall, tied for second/third.
Jabbed in March 21. Then I was in ER 3 times, once in September and twice in January 2022, with a fast heartbeat that apparently was caused but dehydration...but that never happened before. Got 2 D-Dimer tests and had to wear a heart monitor for a few days. They say I’m fine. For months I was taking everything I could that is recommended to detox from the spike - ivermectin, quercertin, zinc, NAC tons of vitamins, things for my blood vessels etc. Got COVID in February anyway but ok now.
Wish I could tell you definitively. My friend and I got the J&J last May. He's about 70. In November his liberal friends convinced him to get a booster. Don't remember which but it was Moderna or Pfizer. It literally knocked him flat on the floor for a couple hours. He eventually got back to normal (which means his normal semi-disabled self), but it took a week or two.
If it's possible, find a second J&J with a doc who sees the need for a matching shot. Otherwise get the German guy who took 60 shots for other people to take yours.
I believe it's the same, but It's certainly not the same amount over time. I had antibody tests done twice after J&J (plus one before the shot). The first antibody test was negative, and IIRC that was after two weeks. The mRNA shots would have shown antibodies by then.
My hunch is that whatever it produces is lower and slower than the direct mRNA shots.
When the VA gave my J&J vax in March of 2021, I was told that it was safe and effective and I wouldn’t neither get or be able to transmit the disease. I was told that I’ll never need another vaccine. I was not informed about the risk of blood clots. Now I’m informed I need 2 jabs of the mRNA vaccine. Would anyone be surprised if I were to say that I’m skeptical?
As expected.
Define “Need”? Who’s need?
Need according to “the science.”
This FDA move needs to be asked about at the Whitehouse Pressers.
A forced vaccine that is killing people really doesn't rise to the level of a WH question. Women are suffering out there, and as Hillary says, who will they target next?
