My polling place in Ohio was quite busy. But then again, there were about 15 precincts represented. I didn’t have to wait, as they had about 20 booths. But it was a steady stream.
A disturbing number of people voting had masks on. A higher proportion of voters versus poll workers wore masks. This bodes well, I would think, for DeWine winning this area.
I waited in the car after driving someone to vote there a couple hours after I voted. It was interesting to note that many of the mask wearers walked to or away from a Porsche, Mercedes, BMW, etc.
The headline means that the polling places have closed, not that the candidates are tied according to polling organizations.
I’m surprised they didn’t catch this ambiguity.
Dems are crossing over to vote for Dolan.
Some sites have called it for DeWine.
IMHO he pulled it out by signing heartbeat abortion and constitutional carry bills in the last year.
I live in Florida but I’m interested. Keep updates coming. Thanks
I notice the cities (with their DemocRAT crossover vote along with possible vote fraud) are going for Dolan. I also notice that votes from Cincinnati have not come in yet. Hmmmmmm.
If Dolan pulls this off with DemocRAT crossovers, I’m going to be pissed at Cruz with his coming in to Ohio and promoting (in effect) splitting the conservative vote.
Didn't vote for DeWine, but he was a shoo-in anyway.
Do they have runoffs in Ohio if no candidate receives 50% of the vote?
“Hollywood Josh” Mandel.
All 22 primaries were won by Trump endorsed candidates.
This means the end of the Kevin McCarthy/Mitch McConnell era. After November BOTH should be gone.
