Representative Mondaire Jones (D-NY) said Friday on MSNBC’s “The Rachel Maddow Show” that Tesla CEO Elon Musk is “demonstrably out of touch with reality.”
Guest-host Mehdi Hasan asked, “One more question about the whole extremism discussion. What is your reaction to Elon Musk, soon to be a new owner of Twitter, saying that the Democratic Party, your party, has been taken over by extremists? You are a freshman congressman. A progressive is he referring to people like you?”

Well, here’s some of who he is:

Either they don’t or they scream at the possibility of ever losing a game.

They own ALL THREE branches. Maybe they are “simply trying” the wrong things. Of course, with Dems, results never matter. What matters is that they care and they are trying their best.
Most of us learned by fifth grade that effort doesn’t matter, only results. Ergo, Dems have never progressed beyond fifth grade.
One thing for sure, you as much as tweak their nose and they squeal.

That is one of the best perspectives I have read in years now. If one starts with this perspective as a known constant the “why” of everything is simple.

I don’t think Musk said that specifically either.
I think he stated that the way to reduce CO2 is to levy a tax.
That is correct in actuality. It is a terrible idea as well.
Musk is bipolar and on the spectrum, stating the truth doesn’t mean one advocates that. He also changes his mind often.
I tend more to watch what he does than what he says.
Democrats can try to make life difficult for Musk. They can pass laws, levy taxes, and pass regulations that affect his businesses. Then he will just move his businesses to another country. Ask California about Musk and his reality.
Anytime a Dem or media monkey criticizes Musk, he should send them that great graphic he created about how the dem party left him.
