Disney plans to keep quiet about politics after publicly sparring with Florida’s Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis over legislation related to LGBT content in education, according to The Wall Street Journal.

The Brand Wreckers should have shut up their syncophant media friends before it was too late. They didn’t.
Morning Schmo should have been gagged with a sock. He couldn’t resist blasting Florida voters for electing Republicans and controlling both the house and senate.
“Once again, DeSantis leadership gets RESULTS. I haven’t seen this quality of leadership in a long, long time.”
Agree!
Yeah I have no doubt that they will double down on the sexualizing of their programming.
It is too late for them to try to back peddle. We all now know that who they really are and what they have been doing. They have openly told us that they try to put LGBT(whatever) propaganda into every Disney film. They want to push their “gay” sexual nonsense on 5 and 6 year olds. Too late, Disney, too late.
Absolutely correct and when they do it, its not called offensive or harassment.+
I’ve said for years that queers are like adolescents who can’t stop talking about their sex lives. Most men stop talking about their sex lives when they actually have one. Having sex is better than talking about it, but gays have got to always bring it up about EVERYTHING!
+1.
Park attendance is quite strong actually as the shutdown postponed many vacations and people are trying to catch up. It will eventually pass as Disney continues to insult, abuse and otherwise financially rape their customers.
Every single TV show, movie or other project Disney is doing must have gay content. This is mandated by the higher ups. Oh, they are starting slow in the children’s shows but it will continue for the forseeable future more and more open until they finally get called out on it.
Right now, just try watching any new TV show on ANY network and not find open Gay crap shoveled into the show. It is RELENTLESS as a Terminator. When not adding gay into the show, they are also adding other extreme WOKE BS that has no place in it. They can’t help themselves.
Buzz Lightyear and they replaced Tim Allen also. Probably cause of his conservative politics.
Its a small throwaway scene that they cut for many other countries but it just has to be in the US version.
Why must they include sexual stuff into kids shows. Well...
As a side note, my family has been to Orlando and Disney World many times. We are planning what will probably be our last trip next year and had already decided to NOT go to Disney World.
We had a much better time at Universal Parks staying on the property. Price is much better and you get a fast pass for the whole time you stay at their hotel. No 2-3 hour waits in line.
Our last trip, we squeezed in 2 days at Disney and were not happy with the experience. Long lines and a just poor experience from what we used to get many years ago.
Plus the price increases are beyond belief. Over $200 a day for Park Hopper passes each, plus their high prices for food and lodging make it a definite no go this time. We enjoyed it in the past but they are morphing into a “Rip all their money out of them” outfit that just doesn’t deliver.
They will continue to push "The Message" with every movie, every show, every toy and every visit to their personal country.
Besides.
Don't care.
Disney has been traveling in a troubling direction for some time and before they came out openly in favor of grooming small children to accept sexual advances from adults they did at least two things that are unacceptable.
One is that they have stretched out copy rite into far longer then it was ever meant. Winnie the Pooh is still in copy rite status when it should have become public domain decades ago.
Nothing can fall into public domain in the entertainment world any more. This can be expanded to other areas of invention as well. This is not good.
The next is their absurd assertion that they can buy the rights to something and at the same time not have to pay royalties. Apparently in the world of the mouse a contract is meaningless if it is transferred.
So if you wrote a story which was published and you have a contract for 2% royalties on every book sold and your publishing company is sold or even restructured they can continue to publish your work but need never pay you another dime.
Sounds terrible. We were just on vacation in Florida & decided not to go to Disney. There’s plenty of other things to do.
