given that Musk is sole owner, he can eliminate that red tape with a snap of the finger WHEN he so chooses ... twitter will no longer be a public company and will have little constraint on how it is run ... for example, Musk could choose to just shut it down if he so chooses, and poof, there goes all of that “red tape” ...

I NEVER underestimate Elon Musk.
IF MUSK OWNS it all—HE can make the rules the way he wants them.
EVERYTHING prior is no longer in place.
