"The wheels of justice grind slowly but fine." Except when the commie Democrats prosecute conservatives.
Then it is as fast as a wood chipper munching up twigs.

Hillary is never going back to a presidential run so destruction of her brand is finally being tabled.

“Oops, statutes of limitation have run out.”
It is pretty hard for me to think that running out the clock on the statute of limitations was not really Durham’s mission all along. Everything else was smoke & mirrors. Just like everything from the Just-us Dept, since Clinton. At least.

Durham might be squeezing Sussman to flip. Sussmann will die first.

The link has already been posted by Sgt_Schultze (Post 7) but as a public service, the website archive.today is where to go. You can paste in a URL and see if someone already archived it. If not you can paste the url in and it will be archived. Then links can be read and shared without that paywalls, and without funding places like the New York Times. We all should be using it.

The legal point here is that it is only a crime to lie to the FBI if the lie is “material,” that is, if it affects an investigation. That means Durham not only has to show Sussmann lied but that his lie really mattered. Tell that to people like Michael Flynn and Roger Stone. That second requirement doesn't apply to democrat political targets. Hell, in Flynn's case the first requirement - proving that he lied - didn't even apply.
