The disabilities in the 14th Amendment, Section 3 were removed by the Congress in 1872.
I should have mentioned Dinesh D’Souza on this list too.
He did the same thing that Rosie O’Donnell did by going over the individual limit for personal donations to a candidate.
Same thing and much different result - he went to prison and she paid a fine.
Compare that to what Zuckerberg did in the 2020 election where he donated over 450 million in a targeted manner in violation of state law (and arguably federal law).

Ironically the provision being used against Republicans for failing to assent to the stolen election was put in the Constitution by Republicans.
