‘Instant no vote’: SCOTUS nominee’s written answer to Sen. Cruz’s natural rights question catches lots of attention

The Senate Judiciary Committee hearings for Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson have concluded and it’s looking like the votes will be there for a final confirmation, but senators’ questions are still being answered in written form.

Here’s one of Judge Jackson’s written answers to a question from Republican Sen. Ted Cruz, and it’s about natural rights:

The Bill of Rights is anathema to Jackson who simply affirms she is Godless.

Her god is strictly man, and power.. particularly her own in this case.

I have no confidence in someone that avoids answering direct questions. How did she ever make it through law school?

The same way she has made to being nominated for SC -- she is the correct sex and skin color; and, with the correct political ideology. That is all they were looking for.

We now know why Lindsey Graham called her an "evasive witness".

Her answer is clearly “no”, she does not believe humans have any “natural rights”. But she did leave a little wiggle room so she can make up rights for people she favors by race, gender identity, religion and political views.

Leftists don’t even accept the term “natural rights” as legitimate, and instead use “human rights”. It might seem the same, but it’s really just a term for rights given to people by the state, and they are whatever they decide you need at the moment based on politics.

So she’s good with patriots or any other group being put in concentration camps and/or the world’s citizens being enslaved to the elites.

Because anyone who doesn’t have an opinion on Natural Rights as a judge, only believes they do not exist.
