The U.S. government spent an estimated $5.4 billion last year at the state and federal level to incarcerate adults convicted of sex crimes against children under age 18, according to a new study led by a Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Health researcher.

The study calculated annual spending on incarcerated adults convicted of sex crimes against children under age 18 in U.S. federal and state prisons and sex offender civil commitment facilities. The findings, published online March 23 in the journal Sexual Abuse, highlight the cost of what is considered a preventable public health problem.

Prisons are ineffective.

We need only three sentences, depending on the crime:

- public flogging,

- public flogging followed by probation in exile more than 500 miles away, and

- hanging.

I recall Jesse Jackson once said, to paraphrase, that we spend more money to imprison people, than it costs to send someone to Harvard.

But no mention about what someone did to be incarcerated in the first place.

Then again, liberals talk of the school to prison pipeline in our cities, as if people are put in prison for no reason.

However, the concept of warehousing criminals to cause them to repent was entirely new.

Putting people into stocks and publicly shaming them was used successfully for many years.

Rope is a lot cheaper.

Or, my suggestion, just put them in General Population. Around break time for the guards.

So somebody can calculate a price tag on this. What is the cost of not putting these people in jail and keeping them there? It would be easier to imprison a significant percentage of social workers so they could immerse in the pervert culture and work with the clients 24/7.

We need three penalties:

Misdemeanor: 20 lashes in public

Felony *not* involving physical harm to anyone and less than $10,000 = 40 lashes in public

2nd offense Felony or any physical harm or threat thereof to another person = crucifixion, and put it on youtube.

Yes, I’ve been advocating for this for a long time. Prison is a bad deal for society - it’s expensive, it doesn’t work, and it makes criminals worse.

Three things are needed to do away with prison:

1) Death for unprovoked violent assaults.
2) An isolation facility (like an island, maybe interior Alaska) where people who committed violent crimes but who don’t get death could be sent to live or die as karma dictated, but without support. Only cost would be guarding the perimeter.
3) Flogging for antisocial offenses.
4) Restitution for theft and financial crimes.

That and making it legal for adults to have sex with children. We know that's next on the agenda since they have accepted and are now celebrating Gender Dysphoria.

No crime, problem solved. As a side note, this past weekend I saw two commercials promoting Transgenders, one was an adidas commercial and another one for a website called "Gendercool". So now it's going to be cool to be sick.......

For some reason I read “incinerating” in that headline and thought that was a capital idea.

Hmmm. For the same reason kidnapping is no longer a death sentence, make pedophilla a hanging offense and then the pedos will just kill the victim. No witness, no crime.

This article is nothing but an attempt to legitimize and downplay pedophilia, just like the token supreme court candidate’s agenda.
