Republican Senator Marsha Blackburn asked Supreme Court nominee Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to define what a woman is during testimony late Tuesday night in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee.
Jackson said that because she isn't a biologist, she could not give a definition. If confirmed, Jackson would be the first black female justice on the Supreme Court. The White House has repeatedly touted her nomination as historic precisely because she is a woman.

This entire process and candidate has been a joke and an insult. I would just stand up and leave the building and proclaim “I’m done with this game and have already made my decision”. But no, most of them are compromised and gutless.

What are you a man or a woman?
If she refused to answer then she should be automatically disqualified for stupidity.

Exactly. Even though she was being a smarta$$, she admitted that gender is determined by biology/science.
If she doesn’t know what a women is and defers to BIOLOGICAL SCIENCE to define a woman, then she admits it is biology that defines a woman, not an emotion or psychological definition.
If she doesn’t know what a woman is, she doesn’t know who she is either, and that means she cannot be the first black woman on the court because she doesn’t even know if SHE is a woman or not.
