Saturday Night Live used its cold open to raise funds for the war effort - only it was Donald Trump, portrayed by James Austin Johnson, manning the phones in support of Russia's invasion of Ukraine, serenading the dictator with 'I love you, Vlad.'
Laura Ingraham, played by Kate McKinnon, and Tucker Carlson, played by Beck Bennett, hosted the 'FOX News Ukrainian Invasion Special' for the 'babies' - 'the sugar babies of Russian oligarchs.'
'Who will pour vodka in their mouths? So many horny mouths to feed,' McKinnon said. 'So many horny mouths to feed.'

Biden is too easy and the others too out of the news (?). But SNL has done them before and probably will again before long. Trump isn’t funny in this context because it so obviously doesn’t ring true.

As a matter of fact Trump dealt with Putin very well.
Master of dealing with people.
If you want to achieve something, you praise, not put down, you adversary!
If you start dealing with somebody this way - “I know you are an evil, but I have to deal with you”, you will not make any deal that person.
Praise is cheap and not bounding. Praising somebody, you will get the deal you want a lot easier.
Unfortunately, left never saw the cleverness of this and used it against Trump, basically putting our country down, to get back in power.

Trump is a Master of using the Carrott and the Stick with his adversaries. As Don Vito Corleone stated in the film, The Godfather, “Keep Your Friends Close... and Your Enemies Closer.” Few in today’s media have any understanding of the true wisdom and power position created by use of that strategy nor can they convey it to their readers. But the Trump years were self-evident in results. Under Trump, China, North Korea and Russia halted all aggression with their neighbors. Opposition Media never understood why and apparently still doesn’t.
Did it report on SNL content or promote it? Reporting about it is a much different thing than promoting.

I detest SNL and what they have become.
Two weeks ago most of them could not find Ukraine on a map.
The narrative is that Trump supports Putin. That’s why all Trump haters are posting pictures of Sunflowers and the Ukrainian flag.
Trump is the ONLY president in 20 years that helped Ukraine. He even wants the US to do more. Biden just takes Putin money and hurts Americans and Canadians by helping Russia export oil here.
SNL isn’t funny, because they get it all backwards. They are just political live sketch liars now.
