$7 Gas Is Coming to America and a Poll Shows That Americans Blame Joe Biden for It
PJ Media ^ | 03/04/2022 | Victoria Taft

Gas prices have been going up since Joe Biden began cutting off energy sources in the name of global warming Leftism on his first day of office. Now, a year later, Bidenflation has taken hold, Russia has attacked Ukraine, and the price of a barrel of oil on Wednesday stood at a gasp-inducing $112/barrel. We’re looking at gas prices close to $7.00/gallon.

Just four months ago, Don Lemon the rest of his CNN buddies waxed rhapsodic over Joe Biden for an eight-cent drop in gas prices. Now, as prices skyrocket, Joe Biden’s getting the blame, too.

A Fox News poll released a few days ago shows that 73% of Americans say high gas prices “have caused hardship” and 63% blamed Joe Biden. The poll was taken before Russian invaded Ukraine. Now things are worse.

Democrats are doing as much damage-control as they can to rehabilitate Joe and their party because prices are so high. But Senator Tom Cotton said on Twitter that Biden always wanted higher gas prices and named people to his administration who would accomplish it. He tweeted: “Biden pretends to care about high gas prices. But he nominated a Marxist who wants to “starve” oil companies and a far-leftist to the Fed who wants to cut off energy companies from financing.”

Well, mission accomplished.

One West Coast, Messed Coast™ gas station just raised its prices to nearly $7.00/gallon.

Besides, everybody tells me the dollar is only worth a nickel now so the real price of gas is only 20 cents.

That’s a joke with a kernel of truth hidden in it.

Then everyone was mad about driving those econoboxes. They lost thousands trading cars to save a few hundred bucks on gas.

I gambled and bought my current gas guzzler car new back then at a huge discount. I lived close to work, so gas prices weren't a big deal.

In my area new and used cars are fairly sparse, so there aren't many econoboxes available to immediately trade down to or buy outright.

The dems will blame Putin for the entire increase. They will praise Brandon’s bold leadership for keeping the price under $15/gallon.

I blame Biden for it. The Ukrainian war is a few weeks old - and Biden tried to blame existing higher prices on the war. Does the buck EVER stop with ‘the Big Guy’?

My daughter lives in a small town in CA. The one gas station in town has gas at $6.30.

Are you driving less yet?

Yes. Significantly.

As for others? Not my business what decisions others make.

I assume people make the best decisions possible given their circumstances and within the limits of their knowledge.

Bitter experience has taught me that very seldom is future need or foreseeable outcomes of their current actions much of a consideration. Otherwise who would vote for an addled, geriatric, little girl hair sniffer with a proven track record of never failing to do the wrong thing?

At least you have the foresight to lay the groundwork for claiming $20 a gallon gas isn't r-e-a-a-a-a-l-y $20 a gallon gas!

That puts you way ahead of the average bear!

Seriously! How STUPID do you have to be, to be President and REVERSE anything and everything that was working just FINE by your predecessor?

It’s insanity! But, really? It’s all by design, Comrades. All. By. Design.

Plan accordingly. You are on your own!

P.S. KICKING myself for not getting gas on Tuesday when I was in town. Could’ve saved myself a few bucks between Tuesday and Friday!

I have family in North East California. Diesel was already $6.50 last November. Just think of the wild success Biden can have with his remaining 3 years and his next term.

Very high fuel prices are going to wreck the economy.

As are “his” (Biden’s handlers) Green Energy policies and “practices” and goals.

How much farther will Biden’s poll numbers have to fall for him to announce his and Kamala’s resignation
